So todays order was large. $140 without tip. 2 family meals.. one with reg fried chicken and sides. Other one with chicken fingers and sides. 3 chicken sandwiches and some desserts. Overall everything was great. They did forget my fries but other than that it was great.

Quality was good but I missed the lunch rush and my dirty rice and biscuit were both cold as a wedge. Prices are fair and the dining room was clean. Nothing outstanding on this visit. My favorite item today was the Bo Sauce, which is heavy on the horseradish and pretty dang good!

I ordered a 12 piece Bo bite with jalapeño ranch with a Mountain Dew, Ashlyn took my order & was very fluent and understanding with what I was looking for. The bo bites were cooked perfectly and the jalapeño gave it just enough kick to sooth my craving! I would definitely recommend this for kids, teens and adults and for deserts they have these all around Bo berries that taste wonders!

Went in today and the staff was excellent. Luna took my order. While I ate the manager, Lori came out and checked on all of the customers and she refilled drinks for anyone who wanted them. What a pleasure to have this type of service in Jasper.

Food was ice cold and the girl at the drive thru window has zero customer service skills and needs to find different employment. Ordered a few biscuits and pulled around. The girl at the window basically shoved the bag at me and then when I said thank you have a good day to her she literally stuck her nose in the air and scoffed at me. Pull around to check and make sure my order was correct and it was but they shoved the biscuits in the bag so hard they were all busted apart and laying out of the wrappers in the bottom of the bag. The chicken is the chicken biscuit tasted 6 hours old and was ice cold. Bojangles use to be one of my fav breakfast spots back home so I was excited when I saw we were getting one. But this is my 4th time trying this one and not 1 time has the food been hot or good. Now it seems the customer service is just as horrible as the food.

I love bojangles but this place needs to get better. Pulled me forward to wait for well done Bo rounds and 12 minutes later I had to go in and they hadn’t even started it yet. Asked for my money back and they wouldn’t do that and still had to wait on my food, and still DID NOT GET WELL DONE BOROUNDS!! DON’T LET THEM PULL YOU UP OR THEY WILL FORGET ABOUT YOU.

It was a very busy night I waited 30 mins for white Bone in chicken the staff was very quick always on their feet no matter what, I was there earlier and they were flocked as well, they communicated every chance they got and tried to stay on task even with others complaining about being ‘ignored’ and walking out as they tried to help them. Even though it takes time I highly recommend their service and food

I ordered for a pick up!! When I got here it wasn’t ready!! I waited the time came back in it’s still not ready, no greeting, overly slow!! I used my whole lunch break waiting on them to do their job!!! Took the lady 30 mins to get my order packed from having to run the front the drive through and pack order!!!
