Ordered taco, pintos & cheese, and churros. They were out of churros, got Cinnabon’s instead. Got to work and put my hand in bag to get taco. My hand came out covered in cheese, sauce, sour cream, pico-de-gallo. I got my pintos & cheese and taco, NO Cinnabon’s. I got Nacho Supreme Dip instead (no chips). The lid on the bowl of dip was not even on the bowl; the dip was on everything in the bag. After cleaning my hands up from all the cheesy dip I found my taco. It was the soggiest taco I have ever had, the whole bottom fell out, and I had to eat it with a fork. The shell was like wet cardboard. Disgusting!!

The Taco Bell on 242 is clean and has kiosks in which to order from, which speeds up the time it takes to get your food. Their food is made to order and arrives hot. A convenient location and friendly staff!

This was possibly the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Severely understaffed or under-motivated. If it hadn’t been an online order ahead I’d have driven off like several of the other cars in the drive-thru line. Food wasn’t even made to the order.

The food was pretty much what you’d expect from Taco Bell—nothing over the top or out of the ordinary, but still tasty in that comforting, familiar way that keeps me coming back. I do love Taco Bell, so it definitely hit the spot. The service was quick and the staff was polite, which made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be returning the next time I get a craving.

I work nearby, so I do mobile orders here pretty regularly during my lunch breaks, and I still have yet to have a bad experience. My order is always correct, it never takes long to receive it, and it always tastes great. What else could you ask for? Plus, the individuals who work the drive-thru window are always super kind 🙂

Why have they moved to making us order our own food? Is it to make the experience better or to save money? I think we all know why they have done it. We get less for more. Nothing against this branch, the corp world is going downhill for the almighty dollar. This place was very clean.

My food was cold when I received my order at the door. My crunchy taco shell broke apart and the bottom of it was so soggy, overall the taste was mid. The burrito I ordered had hardly any meat but they filled it with beans, I’m disappointed. Burrito was also mid as well. Chips tastes stale and it was not tasty at all. Fries are mad good though. If they would’ve served the food hot to me then I would’ve raised the star rating a bit more. Overall taco bell is mid as hell, not worth the hype at all.

I’m extremely disappointed in Taco Bell! A $65 order and this is what we get for “chicken nuggets”. The “crunchy” tacos were soggy and fell apart as soon as we opened them from the bottom. I’ve never been more disappointed because all the other Taco Bell’s we go to we have never had this problem.
