When I went today at 10:47pm a women working the drive through washer rude to my Husband. she was young white girl, on the bigger size, with short dark brown hair. He had to ask for a bag when we ordered 2 boxes and had major attitude when he asked nicely for extra sauce. Very very unprofessional.

We had never been to this location before. And I’m giving it 2 stars ONLY because the manager stepped in and made it right. When we walked in, we were not greeted with even a nonchalant “hey,” “hi,” or hello, ” not acknowledged at all even when the cashier approached the counter to take our order. And we were the only patrons to walk in for a while. She wasn’t listening as my boyfriend recited our order because when our food was ready, what I ordered was not in the bag, my boyfriend’s order was correct. He took the food back up there and told the manager, and she got me what I had originally ordered free of charge and gave us a coupon for a free entrée. I love taco bell so much and especially the bean burritos and cinnamon twists but this specific Taco bell near me always forgets my food, drink Whenever my brother orders a delivery, I am so tired of this location always forgetting one thing that I asked for my food or drink. Sometimes they even put cheese in my bean burrito even when I say no to cheese because I am lactose intolerant. they always forget something. It’s different when I go inside, but when my brother delivers, it’s so different.

This place has always been awesome, but I’ve been in now on 2 occasions with this corporate manager type lady there (10/22 and 10/23) and she’s constantly reprimanding and correcting anyone she can in front of guests. “Keep your hands looking clean, get out there and look happy in front of the guests someone just came in” This led to lots of forced and awkward guest interactions because the employees would overcompensate and ask the customers 3 or 4 times if they want more sauce or need anything… She also made lots of strange hypothetical “fake customer” requests, where she acted out the customer having the employees respond in real time and it was over the top. Her thing was “because customers ARE going to act like that..” like I should not be able to hear all of that lol. Very micromanaging with no clear purpose other than to micromanage. Great food.

Manager has much better communication skills than that of her window employee. Therefore, awarded 3 more stars. Employee’s lack of knowledge of his own job than the knee jerk reaction to spite someone even if he is wrong shows he has no place in that job.

I have been to this location several times. I have also had food delivered from this location several times. I have yet to visit this store and have a good experience. They take 30+ minutes to get food to the customer. They do not take orders correctly. Building and parking lot are dirty.

Typical taco bell quality so all good there. Seems their kiosks lock up a lot and slow past 2x been there which is annoying. Would also be good to get drink cups when ordering rather than having to wait for food to come out.

I would give more Stars because I like Taco Bell but they always overcook the potatoes for the potato soft tacos to the point your damn near breaking your teeth trying to chew it up because the potatoes are so hard you can’t even break them up the same for the fiesta potatoes they have a timer so I’m not sure how they’re overcooking them unless they’re reheating them after already being cooked
