Hi, I know that Taco Bell is not the best or the healthiest food you could possibly eat but when you’re paying $63 for an order for them to mess up one thing for you to have to go back up there and the manager not wanting to make your order over again. This is an issue. I ordered a number three steak which that part was OK then I ordered also a steak Chalupa with extra cheese extra steak, extra sour cream for it to have nothing extra on it, and the manager had to call the lead manager to take care of me, which obviously they have not done. So now I’m having to deal with not eating dinner at this moment so if you want any kind of Mexican food? I would definitely Suggest not going to this location. I will be getting in contact with Tamala, The crew there tonight really sucks along with the manager on duty, which is only a shift leader and nothing more Here’s a picture of my steak Chalupa with extra cheese, extra steak and extra sour cream and tell me if this is extra anything other than extra disappointing

I was order 162 yesterday I waited close to 30 minutes in the drive through. I went inside to wait for my food and one of the males that was making food said out loud “ I don’t care that he has to wait I’m working on these smaller orders first. When I ordered there was no one in line and I see all these cars get their food and leave. He also made the comment that he didn’t care that I was in the lobby he will just have to wait cause I’m working on smaller orders first.

Horrible! On November 3rd we stopped for a quick bite on our lunch break. Its definitely wasn’t quick. We will start off with Hygiene. The lady at the front counter not only was picking her nose, but she kept sniffing her upper lip obnoxiously (may not be something she can control) but, her clothes were filthy along with her finger nails. She took our order as we patiently wait on our food it never comes. I’m standing there for 15 mins waiting when finally a lady from the back asked if I needed my order & takes my receipt. The lady who took my order never sent it back. So we now wait another 10 to 15 mins for our food. By then our lunch break is over. The soda machine was absolutely disgusting along with the tables and chairs and let’s not forget about the bathrooms!! Horrible absolutely disgusting. I will never go back there again.

Perfectly proportioned ingredients. Soft yet crunchy shells.
Usually there is NEVER an adequate amount of meat at OTHER taco bells in this area.
THIS location makes it my way! Ask them to make it a Happy Camper Chalupa!! Lol!! Show them my pictures!!

This location is more concerned about their drive thru time than the actual customers in the drive thru. They’re so quick to tell you to pull up to wait when there’s literally no one else in the line , to then proceed to take forever bringing your food out. This has happened more than once at this location

I was on the phone with one of y’all’s employees and they were very rude to me I asked if they had nacho fries and she asked if I had looked at the online menu. I proceeded to tell her I didn’t know there was one and she told me to go look at it in a rude tone and hung up. It was a simple yes or no question.

I’m tired of ordering sour cream on my food, or making any changes at all, and never getting those additions. like do your job, I’ve done it and it ain’t that hard when its one person in a drive thru. drive through worker nice though who took my order, but the emphasis on SOUR cream should’ve helped whoever is making the food.. it is quite literally every time at this point.
