I actually do love Taco Bell. There’s a lot of jokes out there about how Taco Bell food can make people feel certain ways. But it always makes me feel amazing and I love it. This place does it right. they treat you nice and the orders are always perfect!

I ordered the discovery lux box for my husband, brother, and myself and it’s like the workers there do not care at all and just throw your food in the bag. My brothers taco wasn’t even wrapped let alone any meat on the taco. It’s pathetic and disgusting, not even any lettuce or cheese!!!!

Always a favorite of mine. Will always return. Good food, Nice Service. Just wish they would give you more hot sauce, when you ask for it and why get rid of the Mexican Pizza? That was one of my all time favs. I’ll still come back though.

Overall customer service is so Bad. There is a ladie who is so rude. They talk too You in a very mean and hateful way they insult people and won’t help at all. Very poorly educated. They don’t care about the customer what so ever. This is not the first time i go and not witness something going on , always arguing with customers and insulting them.

It’s Taco Bell what do you expect? Average food, served in a plain environment. When my kids were younger (40s now), we visited this location weekly. Now we visit 2-3 times a year. This location is outside a mall, in a busy area.

‼️Want to ring yourself up?Come here‼️
As soon as I walked into this EMPTY establishment to order at the register as the only customer, I was told “When you’re ready order in the Kiosk” not Hi, Welcome in, Good Afternoon.

As you see in the video, no cars in the drive thru nor inside. These are the kind of workers who expect a tip for “service” I chose the dine in option & they of course bagged it to go ‍♀️

Workers weren’t friendly. They even forgot my drinks, I had to remind them as they stared at me with the look of what we gave you your food, yeah but my drinks.

Witnessed a very disturbing situation between a male customer & someone who I believe who is the manager.

It began when a male customer came in, asking about an order and food items they didn’t receive. An employee assisted him and tried to resolve the situation, but the customer was a bit confused and just wanted the food they paid for. This is when, the female manager/employee stepped in and took over. She immediately came off very rude, told him she couldn’t help and to “just contact Taco Bell”. The customer (who is an older man), was more confused than before. But then, he mentioned that he remembered dealing with the Female Manager/Employee when he originally ordered his food. He began saying, “It was you” many times. The Female Manager started to raise her voice, and both of them started arguing. The situation got very aggressive, with both the male customer & female manager cussing & yelling at the top of their lungs. They started to threaten each other before some customers intervened and separated them.

I believe in this situation, the female manager came off aggressively from the very start. In fact, I’ve actually experienced something similar with this lady awhile back. There was one instance where I pulled up to the drive thru for my order, and this same lady was supposed to give my order. We gave the name for the order, and she said they didn’t have it. For a second, I thought I placed it at the wrong location, but the app said it was correct. She still refused to give me the food, and basically told me to leave. Thankfully, another employee stepped in to help, and found the order for us immediately. It seems like that the Female Manager/Employee here is just itching for conflict. For context, she’s an older Hispanic woman who’s a bit taller than the rest, and has a thick accent. She’s not nice at all from my past experiences. And with today’s experience, just witnessed her cuss out and threaten a customer. Also for some reason she brought her kids to work ? So she’s threatening people, and having her kids cry and run around the restaurant…..

Lastly, I Just want to mention, that the rest of the employees were all very professional and calm in this situation. They handled it well, even though the female manager/employee honestly escalated the situation for them.

I pulled up this location’s menu in Google because my co-worker was going to go pick up lunch. I ordered a crave box with the following items: crunch wrap supreme, crunchy taco, fiesta potatoes and an iced tea.
The price of the crave box was $5.99, which I thought was a good deal. Mind you, this is available online for order, at their location.
My co-worker calls me and says they no longer have the crave boxes. I tell her to just order the same food without the crunchy taco. She then tells me that they are telling her they don’t have a crunch wrap supreme. I tell her there’s no way and that they have those at every location around here. Then they correct themselves and say they do have it. We hang up.
When my co-worker returns, she tells me they didn’t give her iced tea and instead some yellow colored drink. Upon receiving my food, the crunch wrap was extremely thin and barely had any meat in it. I was basically eating mouthfuls of lettuce. I would’ve gotten a salad if I wanted to eat lettuce. The yellow drink tastes like water. I don’t even know what it even was. It literally had no flavor. I paid $11.77 for this. I will never get food here again.
