Everytime we are in San Angelo we stop by Taco Bell. The food took a little extra time to arrive but came out so hot and fresh. It was made exactly to order and the quality was worth the wait. Wendell came out and checked on us at the end of our meal and we had a great conversation. Its not often with fast food that an employee will come out and check on customers. It was unexpected and delightful. Very happy with the service & food/atmosphere. We will absolutely be back.

My wife and I just wanted a little something to hold us over until dinner time. Personally, I haven’t been at this location for a few years because of bad service in the past, but that was NOT the case today! From the moment I started ordering at the drive-thru, he offered a suggestion because what I first asked for wasn’t available. I also asked for one mild sauce packet for my wife. I decided on something else instead of taking his suggestion, and asked for no cheese. When we got to the window, he was nice, the food was hot and immediately ready AND… it was EXACTLY as ordered, right down to having the ONE sauce packet in the bag as well as plenty of napkins for our hot messy food. Very appreciative for a crew that puts pride in doing it right!

So, I was having a bit of a hankering for some taco bell at the ripe hour of 3:30am (if you know, you know) and this being the only taco bell open until 4, I had to visit, and fast. I drove over, and if who is on the receipt is correct, Kyle P was very patient, and quick. I wasnt sure of what I wanted, so he waited for me to order and was able to make it fast. I was in and out in like, 10 minutes! That guy is truly awesome, respectful, and the best example of taco bell service. Would make a 3 (almost 4) AM run again!

Got our whole order wrong. Asked to take off spicy stuff and paid extra to have extra nacho cheese and there was no extra and anything. Plus left all the spicy stuff on our burritos.

Night crew is trash! This is the 2nd time they’ve gotten order wrong after asking multiple times if they put sour cream in my tacos. Potatoes in my other taco were completely burnt. The ONLY thing they got right was my drink

Pretty skimpy burrito from the store. The online order was flawless though. I think they forgot to put red sauce into the burrito. It took a while to get the burrito even though it was only 1 burrito. Restroom was pretty dirty. It definitely needed some fire sauce to spruce this thing up.

This has been my favorite Taco Bell. but this new thing of selecting drive thru on the app then being made to come inside to pick it up then having to wait because they don’t call out the name or place it on the pick up shelf is ridiculous. not to mention they don’t even start the order till you get there.
