Oh my goodness this experience was an absolute nightmare. I placed an online order and waited in store. while waiting, i overheard some of the most foul mouthed employees calling out the R-slur as well as other vulgarities. On top of already getting frustrated every time a drive thru order came on they loud screams of “Bro come on!” every time without fail.

When i received my food, they forgot my fries. no issue, i go back to the counter and get them only for them to be hard and stale. The potato cakes were hard, crusty, and old as if they’ve been sitting out for hours. My tenders were near burnt, and my sandwich was cold.

The dining room was an absolute mess, condiment station was a wreck too.If the place is this dirty i can only imagine how unsanitary the staff is

I received a raw burger from this location on January 9, 2026 and I was also denied a refund. This is unacceptable. Obviously you can see that the burger is pink in the middle. Why would I be denied a refund or at least to remake the sandwich and you can see there’s a clear issue. I spent my hard earned money. I hope no one returns to this location ever in life

I came here at night and waited almost 30 minutes for food that was cold and wrong, had to come back and wait another 20 min for the correct food. This is the worst Arby’s I’ve been to. It’s the worst! I know during the day this doesn’t happen.

I waited five minutes to place an out order. The three we orders looked at me and did not say a word. I never been in a restaurant where workers didn’t have common sense to acknowledge a customer. I left and will NEVER turn. They all need to be retrained

Tried the 7.99 classic roast beef box. The fries were cold. The sandwich was very dry. It should come with cheese like the sliders do. The cobbler was peach terrible. Since when does a drive thru charge 12 cents for ohio tax? If the sign says 7.99 than that’s what the customer should pay. Not a good tasty deal.

On 10/19/2025, I expressed interest in moving forward with my application. I overheard Nautica say, “Well, since Natalie is hiring, I guess that means it’s time for me to leave”. Later on, another member of the team pointed out that there were an excessive amount of orders that were still needing to be picked up. I turned without hesitation saying that if no one comes to pick them up, that i’d take one. The cashier said that he had no problem with that. Moments later, when I asked if it was okay, he asked Nautica and she agreed. Walking over to the counter, she said, “just pick one”. I enjoyed the meal as I continued work on my laptop before leaving the restaurant that day.

On 10/21, I returned to the store at 11:30AM & immediately upon arrival, I looked to place an order there with the help of Iris. Very sweet individual. Both Natalie and Nautica were present on duty. At around 4:30PM, I noticed that a bad for an order was still waiting to be picked up. I noticed that Nautica was soon to be leaving for the day, & purposely walked up to the front counter before she’d leave to see what time was on the bag that was sitting there. I asked her what time was on it because at a glance, I wasn’t sure where to look, & didn’t want to touch the bag. She helped me to look. The time on it was 2:50PM. I requested from her the meal waiting there, since she was the one who approved it the night before. I said to her, “Oh, so I’m good then?” This time, instead, she used her pointer finger cutting through the air rudely saying, “no” & then walked away. This is consistent with the nasty/rude attitude I observed & mentioned in the original review written 3 weeks ago, where she snatched a bag once, showing a great deal of impoliteness to customers, as well as when I would overhear her say, ” I wish she would just leave”. My earlier review also stated that I had good reason to believe she a nice person, I’d just like to see her allow that to shine through more. My compliments were to Val, Natalie, and even Dawn, whose name was removed in my recent revision on 10/22 (that’s now a lost file) who has shown some different mannerisms and behaviors in the complete opposite direction since leaving the review. I also mentioned that I would continue dining in at the restaurant time & time again despite this, & that I wish the store and team overall much success! While anticipating being new to the management team, having made it to the next step in the hiring process, and wasn’t quite sure what was so different between the previous night and this on 10/21.

When Nautica said “no” I returned to my seat saying, “Oh okay”. When looked back & Dawn looked over at me wearing on her face every bit of the conversation Nautica must’ve just initiated with her. The bag was now moved from the pick-up station, to the bagging station. It was incumbent upon to learn what had just happened. Was I mistaken on how rude it appeared to be? I brought it to her attention by returning to the front counter asking, “when you said “no”, what was the reason for it? Do you think someone is coming for it, or were you just being mean? She said, “I just don’t want to start a habit of this.” Oh there it is. Wouldn’t you just want to start with that? The thinking was that I can handle the add that “I gave out food yesterday, and that was all I can do, but more than that, why not an incredibly warm welcome?” They always give out free food to others as well as myself. I see it each time I go there, just about. That day, in fact, someone came in saying, “I’m Tiffany’s Cousin, she said she left early today, but to come in and get my lemonade.” Her mannerisms were suggestive of speaking to a 6 year old. She said in response, “Or I could just ask you to leave because you have been sitting there all day without making a purchase”. I shared with her my preference to call Natalie who had just left, & she said, ” I will call her myself”. She said to the crew standing there “I don’t know who she thinks she is”. Clean and empty. Lack of service and help at desk. Typical fast food experience where employees are more focused on drive thru than in store experiences. Guess is the new norm as doordash and order mobile to go takes over may as well shrink these to cooking facilities probably the long term plan industry wise anyhow

Ordered on doordash yesterday and got food poisoning they didn’t cook their roast beef good enough.And it was undercooked if you’re a restaurant you need to cook the burgers right Not just feed them to people. And then them getting sick. This is huge health hazard

This Arby’s is a joke and so is their manager. Way understaffed during PM hours. I was less than a car length away from the speaker, and it was there I stayed for at least-i kid you not-ten minutes before even one car moved up. How hard is it to make curly fries and roast beef? Apparently very. Avoid this store after dark like the plague. ZERO urgency.

Dirty store. My stomach wasn’t right for hours after eating here. Made the rest of my work day awful. Staff acted inconvenienced by having to take an order. Never this Arby’s again.
