I ordered the Cantina Chicken Bowl and the Volcano Quesarito, and both items stood out for different reasons.
The Cantina Chicken Bowl feels like one of Taco Bell’s more thoughtfully put-together menu items. The slow-roasted chicken has a noticeably better texture than the usual diced chicken and tastes properly seasoned rather than bland. The cilantro-lime rice and black beans provide a solid base, and the fresh ingredients like lettuce, pico de gallo, and shredded cheese help balance the heavier components. The avocado-based sauce brings everything together without overpowering the bowl. It’s filling, relatively balanced, and not overly greasy, which makes it a good option if you want something substantial without feeling weighed down.
The Volcano Quesarito, on the other hand, is clearly designed for indulgence. The melted cheese lining the tortilla gives it a rich, soft exterior, and the combination of seasoned beef, rice, and Volcano sauce makes it extremely filling. The Volcano sauce is the highlight—it has real heat, not just mild spice, and delivers a lingering kick that fans of spicy food will appreciate. It is heavy and rich, though, so it’s definitely more of a treat than an everyday item.

I’ve never gone to this location before and I’m glad for that. Our 5 layer burrito only had cheese and beans and the person in drive thru was completely spaced out. We had to remind them w we ordered drinks. We were handed one and they closed the window. Once we got their attention they finally gave us our second drink. Just very poor service and food.

They never get your order right. Won’t give any sauce like it comes from thier personal stash. Just take a drive over to valley mills drive or Baylor area if you want Tacobell the Hewitt one is not up to par.

Was picking up a mobile order, they said it wasn’t there anymore but they already made it and wouldn’t be making it again and they didn’t know what to tell me. So, anyone can walk up and take anyone’s order and they won’t take accountability? Cool.
While I was waiting, I saw them give the wrong order to the wrong person at the drive thru and not even attempt to stop the car from driving away to correct their mistake. Clearly this carelessness is just the culture at this location.

Messed up on my ordered 2 times, I asked for Meat and cheese ONLY both times and they still put the spicy sauce on them. I dont understand how you can mess up on the most simple order.

Beans were so thick you couldn’t even stir them. Chili cheese burrito had maybe 2 tablespoons of chili and no cheese as far as I could tell. 5 layer burrito either had no meat or so little meat you couldn’t taste it, no sour cream and a tiny smear of cheese on one end. Tacos had so little cheese you could literally count the individual pieces. Unless you only want to eat basically tortilla go to any other taco bell besides this one.

I can always tell a good Taco Bell by how they make their burritos. I love me a good 5 Layer burrito but these were mostly tortilla. Very disappointed wish Taco Bell’s were more consistent.

UPDATE 9/10/22: It’s lmost a year but I figured lets give them another chance. I guess this is how you bag a burrito and quesadilla. We just wad it up and throw it in the bag.

Got 2 Luxe boxes. They stuffed it all on a bag and left out the chury things. Food itself was horrible. I hadn’t tried Taco Bell for a while but now I’m never going back.
