We visited on a Sunday night around 8:30. There was no one in the dining area when we arrived, but a handful of cars were in the drive through. Thirty minutes later, we finally left with our small order of three burritos and one order of fries.

Problem one: only three employees total in the entire store.

Problem two (the main problem): corporate appears to have created a competition between the local franchises to see who can process the drive through the quickest. A screen above the order screen at the drive through showed the average order fulfillment times of local franchises, along with this store’s times. The consequence was a complete disregard for the orders placed at the counter. Multiple times we asked the high-school aged kid at the counter where our order was at, and his response (when he bothered to give us one at all) was only “we have some big orders.” Sometimes he’d respond, “I’ll check on it,” and would rush back to the drive through without ever actually giving us an update. We watched countless drive through orders fulfilled, kept to less than two minutes and 30 seconds per car according to the screen, while our orders languished in some kind of Taco Bell purgatory.

That model probably seemed like a good idea at the time to some corporate middle manager, but let me tell you, it’s coming at the cost of whole-concept customer service as it was clear the workers were shelving our order in favor of the drive through to prop up their competitive ranking.

I find it crazy when I was standing right there when the young lady in the picture below took my order with no issues but this impatient lady was standing there taking pictures of her! Id be so livid if some stranger was taking pictures of my daughter. If you notice in her review the girl was busy doing orders! Please keep our young women safe and do not post photos of them online for weirdos! I ALSO find it very contradicting that the photo shows the young lady WORKING!
Anyways my order was taken in a timely manner I just noticed some very impatient customers! Good job guys! Im glad I came here and saw the nasty review so I could give my side

Update 08/27/24: I placed an order for a Nachos Bell Grande through the Taco Bell app late afternoon, for pick-up at 6:15. I checked the status an hour later and was surprised to see it was completed. I called the store and asked if there might have been a mixup. The general manager, Juan, explained to me that app orders placed for pickup in the lobby are pushed to the kitchen immediately and the team can’t see the pickup time requested. He apologized for the confusion and assured me that the team would remake my order. He told me that he wouldn’t be working around 6 but he’d notified the shift leader Lindsey, that I would be coming by. When I arrived, Lindsey had my Nachos Bell Grande remade and ready within a minute. She was friendly and cheerful, and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my order. The nachos were hot, fresh, and the toppings were well-presented—Yum! I was very impressed was how well the team managed my order. Kudos to this store for another great visit!

As a former employee of this store (I’ve worked here for a couple of years), I wanted to stop and give my feedback. I was very pleased with my visit yesterday and happy to see that the store was still in great shape. The store was moderately busy during our visit with customers both in the drive-through and lobby. We stopped by the lobby around 5:30, excited to try the Secret Aardvark fries. We ordered the Secret Aardvark fries, Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco, Cantina Chicken Soft Taco, and the Cantina Chicken Burrito. All items were freshly prepared and well-presented. The new avocado verde salsa was delicious on our food. The fries had plenty of toppings in every bite. I’m only showing a picture of the fries, because we were very hungry and started eating everything quickly. Staff was friendly, tried to help me with a question about the app, had my order out pretty quickly, and our order was accurately prepared. The lobby was well-maintained (very clean, with plenty of sauces, napkins, etc and the drink station was in order). Kudos to the team here for a job well done! I will certainly return to this location the next time I’m in the mood for some Taco Bell.

Okay idk if these other reviews are just disgruntled boomers or russian bots with the sole mission of destroying this TB, because this is literally the best taco bell I’ve ever been to. My family actually stopped going to TBs because the quality, accuracy and experience was always awful- until we found the Blvd 26 taco bell They always make our order right and PACK the items full. I’m never skimped on my lettuce or cheese and they’re the only location that makes cheesy potato tacos with fresh fried potato. If taco bell has hurt you in the past, try this one. They’re so good. They seem to know me by name now which speaks to how much of a chalupahead I am

I just left there and opened my food and was quite disappointed. I ordered the Dorito Loco taco and the only thing they had on. It was meat, cheese and lettuce. It’s missing sour cream. It’s missing tomatoes. They’ve got to do better! The guy handing my bag and never asked me if I needed sauce and turned around and walked off. I had to sit there and wait for him to come back before I could ask for my sauce, I know it’s fast food, but you still gotta do better and I can’t even use excuse that they were extremely busy because they were not. It’s just not paying attention to basic details.

Had the worst experience. Waited 2 full hours for 1 nacho fry and 2 drinks to be soggy find a LONG BLACK HAIR in my nacho fries absolutely disgusted. Workers will awful, rude, and sassy never again.
