WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS- I literally just came through the drives thru. I first requested to have two separate transactions. I was told they were unable to do that When got to the window I request the GM name. The man at the window went to talk to the manager on duty and stated that they could not give me the information, it was on the internet. I request the name of the manager on duty and the man at the window shut the window and began to talk to an employee on the line .Then that employee came to the window and ask what was up I told him I was just trying to get the name of the manager on duty that refused to give me any information. The name that was given was Bryce. He again ask me what was up, I then said nothing and ask for my food. When I got my food something told me to check. So I pulled into the parking lot to check my food. The employee that came to the window previously was on the line and was the one who prepared my food. My taco was smashed and the chalupas and taco was almost rolled into a ball. I didn’t think asking for information would in turn get relation. When did it become okay to sabotage a customer’s food? Taco Bell. I’m very disappointed and it makes me wonder that this employee has been doing this to other customers and is this the president and/or standards of Taco Bell? I immediately went back through the drive-thru and explained that I would like a refund that my order was wrong and destroyed. At first he told me I would have to come back tomorrow to get a refund. I explained to him that I have already paid for my food and I do not understand why you sabotaged my food and that I took pictures.THEN he told me that if I could prove that the food was smashed that he would give me a refund. What kind of crap is that? So you refuse to give me information, He sabotaged and destroy my food, And then tell me I have to wait til tomorrow to get a refund? I am very disappointed on how this situation was handled. End the end, the man at the window did give me a receipt for my refunded food, we will see in the next 3-5 business days. But I am not ok with an employee thinking it’s ok to do what he did not matter how much he didn’t like the situation. If this is Taco Bell’s standard then I think I am done with Taco Bell for good and I think you should be too.

Skinny, barely any meat. I ordered 10 tacos and all them barely had meat and was stuffed with just cheese and lettuce. 2 star rating

Do not order food for pickup inside. They never have anyone at the front counter inside. They prioritize the drive thru and ignore people inside. It took 20 minutes after receiving the text saying my order was done to an employee giving me my order, and it was wrong when I got it. Honestly just drive the extra 5 minutes to go to the Taco Bell on Rufe Snow even if it adds 10 minutes round trip you’ll still have your food faster than here.

I’m not sure if he is new but Chris on night shift has great customer service. And he gets orders out quick.
Overall, I would say that the night shift staff has greatly improved within the last 5 months. Everyone who works here is quick, efficient and kind to customers.

Top tier A+ service. I have not had that great of service in a very long time. I had just gotten off of work, so I was tired and cranky, but this experience made my night from the drive thru menu to the cook and everyone else in between. The person taking my order was funny, very professional, attentive, and I could understand him clearly. The young lady at the window was peppy, fast, and very patient. The food was delicious and everything was in the bag. They made me feel like I was a valued customer. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt that this location (the night shift to be more specific) definitely needs a shout out! You do not see customer service like this anymore these days and it made me so thrilled to have experienced it again myself.

Food was as expected but the vibe inside was waaay off lol no music no smiles no human interaction it was depressing just the sound of the manager barking orders at the hard working cooks. Idk his name… old white dude white beard and glasses but I imagine he’s the reason for the atmosphere, like the cooks were just sitting in silence. there was even a customer just standing around the front waiting for his order MINDING HIS BUSINESS and he told him to “take a seat” as if he was one of his employees haha it was really awkward and he was not polite about it. a woman was waiting for 20 mins for her burrito when she tried to tell him he told her she was at the wrong restaurant but she placed her order inside, he was not polite about that neither at least he apologized anyways whoever made my quesorito you the best <3

I placed an order through the app for Drive-thru pick-up. When I arrived shortly after they said they could not find my order, and claimed I must be at the wrong store. Another employee then came of the speaker, asked for the name on the order, said they didn’t have it, and that I must be at the wrong store. They then asked me to pull to the window, and I showed them I was at the correct store. They then asked me to come inside. I was reluctant to do so because I was not dressed presentable, but I agreed none the less. An employee politely greeted me (the only employee with any type of kindness toward me.) Store manager approached and took over. Order could still not be found; again accused of going to wrong store, then of using wrong name, and then of making a false claim. Manager asked to see my bank statement to show that the order had gone through.
Finally, manager put in my order by hand, didn’t charge me, and kept the receipt and told me “it’s a promo. You’ll probably still get your money back because they do that in situations like this where people work the system.” So, now I have been accused of not coming to the right location, several times, I was made to show my bank statement to a stranger, and then accused of trying to ‘work the system’, all while being emabrassed to be seen because of how I looked/was dressed.
You and your onlinr system were in the wrong, but I’m the one made to feel embarrassed and ashamed and that I am to blame.
I will do everything in my power to NEVER visit this location again.

Monday 02/02026 neither manager on staff today have any business being in customer service job. Attitude for no reason, and of course when confronted wanna pull nice card and threaten to call police. Yes of course I showed my attitude and did leave b fore police showed. Reason being all either staff or police could do was ask me to leave, so why bother the police. But this location needs training

After standing around waiting for 15-20 minutes for my order, the manager told me to sit down, he didn’t want me standing… don’t know why. This was after one of the louder employees was shouting and yelling and arguing with another. At one point she yelled “you’re fired get out of here” aggressively at another employee. At that point the manager was just standing around looking frustrated but did nothing. Not sure why I was told to sit but the employees yelling at each othering and talking about “weird name” (another customer apparently in the drive through) warranted no managerial intervention. I wrote this review standing in the lobby waiting for my food… wouldn’t have written it had it not taken me 20+ minutes to get my food and made me late for a meeting.
