We had a taste for tacos yesterday so I asked my daughter to pick up from Taco Bell. When I unwrapped my tacos I was very disappointed! At approximately $1.67 a piece, I would always expect them to be full of ingredients! That was not the case. Three of the six tacos were about half full of ingredients. This is sad considering my daughter dropped down almost $30.00. In fairness three looked fine, but that is not the point. One is the price, secondly I expect consistency! I’m not sure i will waste that kind of money in the future.

The manager is very good. The place runs efficiently when she is there, not so good when she is not.
The nachos need to have more cheese and toppings.
The burritos need to be folded better so that the ingredients don’t come out all over the place…

Shelter in the storm AND a great supper!!
At the height of the severe weather, General Manager – Justin – had gotten his staff to safety in the walk-in. As he was locking up, he graciously let us in.
Rode out the worst of it in the walk-in. Then, we ordered supper to take home.
Nice to see such great young adults working & remaining calm!! Note, the Hudson Oaks Taco Bell location is well managed and very clean – in the lobby, in the back prep area AND in the cooler!!
Kudos to Justin and his employees!!

Standing here haven’t gotten my food yet but March 5 at 5:46pm I have gotten the best customer service I’ve ever gotten at a Taco Bell. Been checked on twice! Got my drink cups as soon as I finished ordering at the kiosk! Yup and I just got my food super fast and it’s correct! 10/10 yall good job!
