We had the absolute best lunch today! We were greeted with friendly service, made us feel welcomed. Our server was very kind and the food was delicious!! My husband got the broiled flounder with sweet potato and really liked it! I had the green shrimp with onion rings, it was awesome!! Sweet tea was on point and salad bar was equally good!

We had our Mother in law’s 80th Birthday party at York Seafood tonight. The Manager George was so helpful and allowed us to reserve a room to our selves for 32 people. Our waitress Anastasia was amazing and the food was great! I highly recommend this restaurant for parties and regular dinners, everyone is always so friendly and the food is great. Thanks for allowing us to make this special day happen for Rachel.

Food was good I had the catfish and the wife had the scallops, my catfish was good would have been 3 star on the food but the wife said the scallops were really good , the salad bar was just ok needs more selections. The restaurant was nice and homey, the service was really good and she was very bubbly , would recommend this place

Just happened to be passing through York last night when my husband saw this place. We were hungry and generally like this type place, so we came in. It exceeded expectations! Very generous portions, cooked perfectly. Very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive server. Menu is well priced…and also has a very nice, multiple entrees senior citizens menu! My husband loved his seafood platter, and when I saw that their menu included a number of other meats, entrees, etc. I decided on a hamburger steak.(loved those since I was a kid) It was cooked perfectly as well, great flavor. We both also loved that a trip to their wonderful salad bar was included with our meals. The ending highlight was the freshly made Baklava that my husband is still raving about. One of his favorite desserts since he was a kid, and he said that this one was probably the best he’s ever had. As we were driving home to Gaston County, we realized that this place is not much more of a drive than other seafood restaurants we go to, and this one is SO MUCH better! We’ll be back!

My family and I came to Old York for dinner after an event in Rock Hill. We were immediately greeted by a hostess and welcomed by our waitress. Our waitress was very kind, attentive, and thorough. All of our food was excellen and a good value. I particularly liked my Alaskan White fish and the tartar sauce. The owner came to check on us to make sure we enjoyed everything and checked us out as we were leaving. He even gave me a complimentary dessert upon hearing it would be my birthday soon. Great service, great food, and a great family atmosphere. We will be back!

I have been going to this restaurant since I was a little girl. The food taste the same. The only thing they changed is 1 bar trip to the salad bar with an entree. The service is always friendly & time consuming! The atmosphere is Pleasant and comfortable!

My wife called in an order a couple of days before Christmas went to pick up the order when the girl brought the order out she said we close in 25 min. Very smart and very rude, got the plates home only to find it looked like the plates had half the food on them like it was a childs plates.Very disappointed and not very professional on their part.Hope this helps them with their customer service..Also I’ve noticed they don’t respond to people’s comments almost like they don’t care..

Our server was great! Salad bar was okay, cocktail sauce was Frozen(as always), tartar sauce didn’t have any taste..food was pretty greasy (almost soggy) and even though I got it salt and pepper there was barely any flavor.

Beside the fact we had 4 plates and they gave us only 1 cocktail sauce and when asking for more they said they charge for them…. the food is terrible. The broiled platter was burnt and not editable at all. The salt and pepper catfish was over cooked and taste like fish jerky. Two flounders plates were cooked crispy as chips….. I don’t suggest anyone go here for what they call food, wish I could leave no stars. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
