This is a new Taco Bell but it’s by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. The food is cold, I watched the lady give me 3 things of nacho fry’s from the bottom ( hardly any left and old) even after a young man said he was gonna make new ones she said no. Then my bean burrito was covered in red sauce and the tortilla was so hard it was falling apart. Another lady come and said she’d re make it she was very nice but when I got home and opened it, it was also covered in sauce, it’s so messy PSA: nobody wants or needs that much sauce.
The food is just down right cold, hard , messy and just nasty.

When I went to pick up my order at the Taco Bell in Joshua, I realized I had ordered from the wrong location. Because I was unable to cancel on the app, the manager, Mary, made the food I had ordered without charging me again! I really appreciate the great customer service at this location!!!

Like all the other Taco Bell’s within a 60mile radius. They have all, and always mess up my order… no matter how many times I order from them.

Payed for two nacho fries and all I got was old hard fries not fresh! Not even warm hard to chew! If we pay out of our pocket we at least expect fresh hot food employees should be checked on how they serve food and make shure their taking care of what the costumer is paying

my favorite taco bell location at 11:00pm to 12:00am since i come at this time when i get off work often staff are always freindly and normally get 2 baha blast and side item sometime to to go with my dinner. great location!
