The employee taking my order in the drive thru got my order wrong several times. After having to correct each individual item 2-3 times each when I saw the wrong item being put on the screen, I became audibly annoyed in my tone. I joked with my husband that they were going to spit in my food for being rude. Get to the window, the guy reads back my order, it’s still missing items. How? When they were just on the screen. I leave it alone because I’m clearly fighting a battle I’m not going to win. The employee says there’s hot sauce in the bag. I get home, there’s no hot sauce. My crunchwrap is missing meat and has old, brown lettuce on it. The quesadilla has a giant glop of sauce and meat on the first piece but no sauce or meat on the other slices. And the TWO pinto beans I asked for, ended up only being one.
I get excellent service when I order the food for delivery. But in person, just isnt it. For a Friday night, they weren’t even busy. Which should’ve been my first clue. It was my mistake…but one I won’t make again with this location.

Best customer service I’ve had in quite some time. This Taco Bell went above and beyond when I made the mistake of ordering through the app at a different location. They made my order for free even after I told them I would just go and pick up my order from the location I had placed the order at. The manager insisted that I not worry about it, and with in a few minutes, handed me my order. I will definitely be coming to your location as often as possible. Thank you for everything!!!

The crunch wrap is still one of the best items. I tried the potatos today and they were pretty good! Taco fell apart from the grease, but it mostly stood up.

I’ve made it a habit to drive out of my way to go to this Taco Bell for years, yet recently they keep getting my orders wrong and literally because I’m on a special diet messing up my health.
Spoke to them about it personally the last time and they fixed it the one time, but went back again and they gave me some food that spiked the crap out of my blood sugar because they didn’t fix it correctly. They gave me a burrito with just rice when I’d put “easy rice” and I paid extra for extra beans for protein.

Food is either good or eh there’s never amazing, last time my chips tasted like old oil and were half n half stale/old, but most of the time I get helped quickly by whoever is behind the counter but obviously food quality needs help. And the inside is usually dirty with the drink machine always a mess and wet, always fast though never more than 10mins waiting.

First time visiting the Burleson location. It wasn’t clean, but not necessarily dirty either. Maybe just slightly neglected is a better term. The gentleman who delivered the order was kind and friendly. 2 of many things that don’t exist too much anymore. Anyway, taco bell has kind of set the bar for negative ratings, but lately they’ve gone up imo.

EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. we order via delivery we do not get our full order. We are tired we too work all day most times 6 days a week. It’s sad we can’t get a single order right when ordering delivery.Why do we even have delivery if this is the case. The amount we spend PLUS DELIVERY we should at least get a correct order. So don’t get upset because we are holding up your drive thru line to make sure we have our full order. Now let me say this single time we received a drink with something along the rim. That is poor service period. A receipt with food all over it NICE! Please do better Taco Bell.

Nothing special about this establishment, ran by people that don’t wanna do their jobs correctly and constantly messes up food, absolutely none of our food was filled up properly, given only a tiny amount of meat in the burritos. Ontop of that they were NOT rolled correctly and extremely messy.
