I went through the drive thru to order food for my family the lady on the headset just kept having a conversation with someone in the store while taking my order and was rude when we kept saying what we wanted and I got my food the cashier was already being rude and pushed the food out the window into my hand, drinks had soda all over them and was spilling, and she slammed the window when I was trying to ask for sauce then I left well my food was incorrect I was supposed to have 3 crunchy tacos all the way but the cashier rung it up wrong. I went back to the drive thru and was telling the lady how it was incorrect and she straight up said I’m not seeing the problem and we handed her the receipt and the food and she said they are correct I told her the crunchy tacos was supposed to be all the way and she said no I remember you said no lettuce and we told her that’s we didn’t say that and she said I heard you say no lettuce I don’t know if you got your words confused or what but you said it. She wouldn’t fix our food. She was very rude her name Augustina W.

Yall need to update your app, I can’t swap on certain items but I can do it in the store, app didn’t have nacho fries but they server it in the store, multiple people had to ask a person working to order because of the lack in items online and on the kiosk. And because of having to ask someone to take my order, I couldn’t check in and get my points.

I am traveling through town and stopped here to grab a bite to eat and use the restroom. I stopped at 9:30pm after looking up and seeing the hours posted online show they close at 2am. As I parked my car and got out walking towards the door, an employee locked the door. Terrible customer service. Won’t be stopping by again.

Really inconvenience and I have given this location so many chances. We live 25 minutes away and all to get home after finishing up taking our kids trick or treating to be missing two $5 burritos. It’s not like it’s a bean burrito that you could be less upset about. Multiple times and here yet again I get home to missing half of my part of the order and the burrito supremes that are expensive as heck don’t even have any of the vegetables on them. Also when we were handed our order they shoved everything in one bag and then didn’t put any sauce in the bag. Don’t think I can bring myself to ever going back here ever again and I can see myself contacting corporate this time because something needs to be done about this location.

If I could give a zero I would. I worked at Taco Bell in Sulphur springs when I was teenager! Never in my life have I seen a Taco Bell ran this way.
We walked in to the lobby and smell like sewer. The lady taking our order had an attitude as we walked up. We ordered to dine in. We were missing two of our main meal items. All my daughter’s crunchy tacos had lettuce on them and were crushed. My quesadilla was uncut and all the meat and cheese was only on one side. I stood at the counter while two men in the back just stared at me and continued to do what they were doing when I was trying to get the two missing items. The kitchen was disgusting. They had three trash cans lined up catching some sort of liquid dripping from the ceiling less than 5 feet where the food is being prepared, no one has hair nets on, there was food all over the prep counter’s. I’m not the kind of person to write reviews but I was shocked! And unfortunately this is same service issues we have had almost every timea we come to this location. The management needs to be retrained and employees.

Lady was really rude. Came here around 11 to order food on the kiosk and lady came out basically yelling at us that the lobby was closed and to leave and go through drive thru. There is a nicer way of telling people things. Also on google it says it doesn’t close till 2am… just saying. Bad service tho!!

Came in 40 mins to close, me and my friend wanted to make separate orders. The menu board was off, they said it was policy. So we used our phones. Only let us order for one. Was told we had to drive around and come back thru the drive through to order the second? We were the only ones there. We asked if we could just order at the window instead. And she told us it was policy? I felt like we were burdens. This is not how you run a business.

Came down from belton tx and honestly this place upset me took my family out to this location ordered 4 tacos all nothing but shell and lettuce I used to work at taco bell and this is one of unprofessional work…. No meat at all do better!!!
