Every time we go here it’s a gamble on whether or not our food will be cold and we expect the wait. However we have also came to know that always double check your order as there’s been many times something is forgotten. Today was almost a drink they checked and gave me the 3rd drink we were owed. What I am complaining about is every time I get a OCS I request light mayo this does not look like light mayo. Actually I can honestly say they don’t read that part even when you order online because I never get what I order which is light mayo on OCS. This is what I wiped off only on one side there is also mayo under the sandwich.

I think the food is good, the teammates are very kind, and occasionally they have to deal with very difficult people. I have nothing but kind things to say about this location.
Especially the supervisor working tonight, Stephanie.
These people are frontline workers, under appreciated, and they really have to deal with some wild stuff sometimes.

Went through the drive through. Asked for a spongebob meal because ive been wanting to try it. They didnt have any of the pinapple freeze because the lady said “its on defrost” still end up paying for it even though all i got was a soda which i threw out cause it was gross. The cup was covered in soda on the outside. My meal was ice cold fresh out the window. My gift card that i got 2 days ago that I have the receipt for was “not supported” so i ended up paying for a disgusting meal. Very displeased considering the food made me sick to my stomach. 0/10 how on earth is this place still open

Multiple bad experiences. Employees make people wait at order box for long periods. “It will be just a few minuets and I can take your order, “we need to clear orders before I can take yours.” Park and go inside to have Multiple employees just stare at you, again being told “we need to clear these orders before we can take your order.” With 4 orders on the screen.Weeks in between both visits yet same experiences. Back in the day order time was a thing… This store is consistent with burgers not being made proper, old buns, and fries pulled before fully cooked. What is going on with this 13$ burger meal, bad food and horrible service?

Excellent customer service! Cash and the manager on staff tonight were exceptional. We went in for the Krabby Patty meal for our son who was so excited for the meal and talked about it all week, and they made it an extra special experience for him.

The females here are horrible. According to the person taking orders, NO condiments means meat and bun on a burger. I eat out often and have NEVER had such poor service. Corporate needs to come in and educate their staff on customer service.

We literally just came into the drive-thru to get milkshakes on Christmas Eve. And we sat in the line for 20 minutes with no line moving. Finally somebody came out and said that all the employees had quit and left. Yet the lady inside was taking orders for the lobby. We are so done with Burger King. Carl’s Jr. Here we come. Burger King in grants pass needs to get their place in order. So sad

Waited 15 minutes to put my order in, like 15 minutes at the speaker box because they were under staffed per employee…ordered 50 dollars worth of food, then when I pulled forward waited another 15 minutes for the 1 car in front of me. So I waited for 30 minutes, and you better believe when it was my turn to pay and wait at the window I drove off.
If your that poorly understaffed closed the doors for the evening, I doubt I will ever be back and if I am it will be a VERY VERY LONG TIME. With in and out, queens, Wendy’s, McDonald’s, and carls, it’s already hard enough to compete. The location is terrible in comparison to the competition. The PAST THING you can afford is wasting everyone’s time, just close the freaking restaurant for the night if you FAST FOOD service cannot be FAST.
