You can only order from the kiosk here. I sat at the counter for a solid 5 minutes and no one would come to get my order. And the kiosk will not print out receipts. I’m not going to give you my phone number to receive a receipt. I highly suggest going anywhere but here

I enjoy stopping at this location. The staff is always super friendly. Food is always freshly made and ready fairly quickly, as this location is always busy. Lobby and facilities are always clean and fully stocked.

This was a very upsetting visit to Kaufman. Places order and had to wait 15 minutes, but after 25 mins Guy brings out our order,we travel back to Terrell out to find out we had a bucket of over cooked, brown,hard hot wings, a total disappointment..i feel like I was robbed for my money. I stopped going to Taco Bell because it really went downhill, but I was in Kaufman and decided to give it a try and this Taco Bell was actually really good very clean and the food was very fresh. All the staff was very clean and very polite, keep up the good work will for sure. Be back.

Where to start…mac and cheese was cold, drinks were more carbonation than anything, I asked for no sour cream and there was so much, we asked for fire sauce and got none. The drive through person also had attitude.
