Oreded a cravings box and a few other thing and over half of the ordered food was wrong. Included in my craving dox was the sorryest excuse for a 5 layer burrito with the smallest amount of liquid cheese for that it sapost to cover and glue the outer layered tortilla to the inner one !

The worst customer service, as I asked for more mild, because I had 3 burritos & only 4 packets, she wouldn’t give me anymore. I would have paid for it.. & then wouldn’t even let me finish before slamming the door in my face at the drive through.. and wouldn’t open the window back up. So I left and as I got down the road, I then realized I didn’t have my drink.. my kids were hungry so I didn’t turn around, I’ve tried calling.. no answer.. then I get home and start giving everyone’s food , & I was missing burritos. So now I don’t have a drink and 1 of the burritos. Then my beefy burrito only had a bite of meat at the very end of it.. I’m over all disappointed.. & I understand it’s fast food, but at least give me what I paid for & do what you’re getting paid to do! If your customer service sucks & you don’t wanna deal with people, find a different job! Very upset & very disappointed.. I love Taco Bell, but this just did me in for not wanting to ever go back! I could get street tacos, support small local business, get better service and food quality, for around the same im paying for disrespect & not even getting my full order!

The lobby was filthy. They had plenty of people working on the same stations when someone could have easily been working on lobby. As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is terrible. If they can’t clean the lobby with so many people are they truly cleaning their kitchen? A little concerned…

Night Shift is always so rude every time I go. This past experience, she rushed me at the speaker so my order was wrong. When I told her she forgot something she caught an attitude. And when she gave me my order she forgot my drink and got so mad she slapped the window twice.

I forgot to add 2 more simple things to my order when I pulled around to ask about adding the order on the First Lady that took the order turned to her manager and I hear the manager say NO ! And slammed the window . I will no longer coming to the store because she was so rude instead of insisting going back around or come in to make the order she was flat out rude I didn’t get either name cause as I mentioned they slammed the window I do not recommend this restaurant for anybody to go to especially if somebody didn’t want to be at work today is being rude to customers manger or not it’s rude .
