The Taco Bell in Sherman is easily one of the better ones I’ve visited. The staff is friendly and always willing to help if you need anything. Even though most ordering is done through the digital kiosks now, this location is great about assisting with special requests. The restaurant is consistently clean, and I’ve never had any issues during my visits. I also appreciate that Taco Bell remains one of the few fast‑food places where you still get good value for the price.

Been hearing a bunch and if you like only beans and nothing else it would be fine but I ordered a 5 layer. No cheese, very little meat and sour cream right at the very last bite. Husband got a nacho bell grande and its again all beans very little meat but at least he got cheese and tomatoes

My husband went in to place the order, and the person that took my order placed it right. When my husband got home my 2 bean burritos did not have sour cream on it, which the receipt says I was charged for it. Then I ordered a steak quesadilla which was rung up as a chicken quesadilla, but was charged $.20 extra for steak quesadilla. I called the store and spoke to a manager name tristan if that’s the correct name. He was questioning me as if I was wrong and the cooks were right. Then he told me I could either bring the food back up and he could fix it or I could come back and get my money back. which doesn’t solve the problem. Then told him if I bring the food back up, I would like my to be replaced and my money back. He said no I can do either or the other, but not both. But he did not see it that way. It is very inconvenient when the cooks cannot make your food correctly and a manager does not solve the issue for you. When I told him I took pictures of my food he said I don’t need the photos. They want you to use your gas to go back and fix the problem when you used your gas to go there to buy the food from the restaurant and they couldn’t even make it right. Oh, and then he did say accidents do happen. ♀️

It’s a Taco Bell. But it’s a pretty good one! Staff is friendly, orders are accurate (in my experience it’s rare for this location to mess up your order). Clean interior

Went through drive through and employees were very rude told us to wait to give our order. Then came back on and said what do y’all want. Very disrespectful and will not be back. Taco Bell was my go to place when shopping but will not be know.

Come in all the time and it’s typically a 50/50 on the kind of service I get. I bring my family in and I hate when the staff avoids us and doesn’t want to take our order. Other times I’m greeted and treated like I’m the only customer there. Wish I had more good experiences than bad though.

I don’t usually leave reviews, especially bad ones but I can’t not today. I go to Taco Bell and order a party pack with no lettuce because my family doesn’t like lettuce and this is what my tacos look like. This is absolutely ridiculous that I paid $15.99 for a 12 taco party pack and this is what my tacos look like. Do better Taco Bell.
