With surprising combinations and intense flavours, Nikkei Cuisine cultivates a style that combines the Japanese subtlety for traditional and elegant dishes with savoury elements from Peru. Whether it’s tartar from Wagyu steak from the southernmost tip of Japan, or pickled scallops, which are given a whole new taste thanks to Peruvian elements.

Reviews
The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the very beginning. They presented each dish with great care and professionalism, which made the experience even more special. The food itself was simply amazing — beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and unforgettable. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a top-quality dining experience.
So the waitress was from indian subcontinent. She absolutely need to change her habits service and for sure be more pleasant. I can not spend like 505 euros to be treated badly, to feel uncomfortable sorry. It’s not croyable from a five star hotel . To give us the bulle she said « I have now to give you the bill » our reservation ended at 9:30 , without any please .
And the causa with the tempura prawns was extremely nice as well. While the korokke dish didn’t quite meet expectations, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. The black cod was good as well, and in general the service was great, and the cocktails were very nice, although they didn’t have any pisco cocktail that you expect to have in a Peruvian restaurant.
We ordered the omakase menu and everything was mid. Nothing special nothing really good but also nothing really bad. But all the courses are really big so we got full pretty fast (just a note). One course I did not finish and the server came up and questioned me why and asked what was wrong. Which I found to be pretty rude. One in our company only wanted to eat fish, which made them make fish instead of meat for the big meal for everybody. And it was so much food that it felt bad to waste so we just took it instead of complaining. But the fish wasn’t so good either unfortunately. Desert was boring just some chocolate thing.
Right in the beginning they made us the wrong drink, then later it took them 20min to fix a simple tap beer, and they were very pushy with us buying water and we later found out that one bottle of water was 14 euros.
Would never come back, very disappointed, and on top of everything was it really expensive.
Highly recommend Nikkei Nine
I suggest you to try ”Omakase” (chef’s special course).
