I recently visited Taco Bell, and overall, it was a solid experience. The store was clean, although there was a weird odor that I couldn’t quite place. The staff was alright–not the friendliest, but they got the job done. The food came out hot and quickly, which I really appreciated. I also like that they aren’t stingy with portions; you definitely get your money’s worth. Despite the minor issues, I’d give this Taco Bell a solid 4 stars!

Who the hell manages this Taco Bell??? Doing an AWFUL job.
My quesadilla only ever has anything on less than half of it, the other half is just bread. Couldn’t even be bothered to cut all the way through the quesadilla. Taco has almost no meat. Every single time, it’s disappointing. Everyone needs to be fired.

I ordered two Crunch Gorditas and a cheese quesadilla. I waited almost 15 minutes for my order, and when I finally received it, the quesadilla was missing and the gorditas were very poorly made!
They should train their employees because it’s clear they don’t know what they’re doing!

Don’t get the supreme dip thought it would come with meat and maybe in a small cup nope just the chips (that I should already get in the luxe box along with the cheese) but if I’m paying almost 3$for sour cream I went back told them it was missing… I was given more nacho cheese??

THIS IS THE WORST TACO BELL. A few weeks ago, I ordered a mobile order and when I showed up, they couldn’t find my ticket and my food wasn’t done. I showed them my phone screen (their app) AND the confirmation email with their address and my payment confirmation and they refused to make my food because they didn’t have a ticket. I finally walked out with nothing. I decided to try them again today (10.30.2025), HUGE mistake. The service is SO bad! They DO NOT care that anyone is there. I was waiting at the counter to get my cup and there were several people standing in the office talking, looking straight at me, and they didn’t move at all. A lady finally showed up pushing a mop bucket and asked me what I needed. I asked for a cup so I could get my drink while I was waiting on my food. I proceeded to get a cup and fill it with Dr. Pepper at the fountain in the dining room. I tasted it and something was off with the soda/syrup so I poured it out and took my cup to the counter to ask for a drink from the back. After standing there for a while, someone from the line came up and got a new cup and filled it up. I went and threw my cup away since she gave me a new cup. She then held my new drink hostage and asked me repeatedly where my cup was. When I finally understood what she was saying and said I threw it away, she rolled her eyes and turned around and walked off. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy. I will not be going to this location again. They are terrible. The management and staff are a TOTAL JOKE.

After waiting in a 30-minute line to pick up our online order, we were told it couldn’t be fulfilled because the kitchen was only preparing Uber Eats orders. When we asked how our order differed from the Uber Eats orders being prepared for the cars behind us, we were given no clear explanation. There was still over an hour until close.

The service was not good. I had gone through the drive through and was met with a rude worker. He just wasn’t having it, gave attitude, and whatnot. Not only that, he forgot nearly half of my order. After handing me the bag, I was excited to eat, and when I got home, I was missing two out of 5 items. Overall, terrible experience. Maybe he had a long day.

We didn’t even get a chance to order food. I was at the counter looking at the menu, an older guy comes over, asks if we are ordering, I told him the boxes weren’t on the kiosk, and he goes over to show me where they were. I explained they didn’t show up when I put my code in, and he tells me I HAVE to order at the kiosk and he would not ring us up. I didn’t even give a reason for him to say this. I got upset, and he immediately had an attitude and went to another worker in front of me to say “I offered her help, she refused and now she’s leaving”. No, I wanted food. You were a stuck up, rude, individual.
