Use to love coming here because they’re better than the one on main but even Kate night the food sucks. Not fresh. Dry minimal ingredients.. you’re basically paying for shells. Bean burritos come with no cheese no sauce just dry dry beans smh. Customer service is good though .

go to taco bell for me. customer service is great, especially selena! I used to go to the one on main street, except every time i wanted a grilled cheese burrito, they’d give a 5 layer beef burrito. The one on plano? never. love them!

After messing up my order, I pulled around and went inside only for the line workers to stare at me for 5 minutes and do or say nothing, no greeting or anything. The whole situation was an easy fix, and I understand some of them probably didn’t speak English not knowing I could converse with them in Spanish. But I just set my incorrect order on the counter, walked out and won’t be returning ever again, even though this place is down the street from my work at Cosm and I used to visit quite frequently.

I visit this location regularly. My order was not at the quality I’m use to (nacho pieces instead of whole nachos). I decided to let someone know. I called and spoke with Celina (Manager) who graciously apologized, replaced the order, and celebrated me as a “regular” by giving me a certificate for free food! What a blessing.

Food was decent and the service was okay. My order went through very easily and I received everything correctly. The problem I do have, and this is not the first time I’ve had this issues is the burritos were place on top of my tacos which were in the bottom of the bag so not only were my tacos crushed but they were soggy as well. I had one taco so crushed it was leaking out all the sour cream. Decent food but they really need to learn how to put the item in the bag in an appropriate way.

Want beef tacos without beef? You’ve come to the right place! Want to pay extra for beans and rice, okay, we will sprinkle a few pieces onto your meal. Burrito? Sure thing, here is a teaspoon of meat and some goo. Taco Bell is typically a bad idea in general, but the quality control (if they have even hear of such a thing) and the customer service at this location is absolutely abysmal. I will never be going back to this location again.

Okay, so obviously every Taco Bell is a hit or miss. I ask for my things very specific to try and get it the same. Anyways, this general manager was so kind and patient when I was ordering and gave supplemental options for what I wanted. He gave me the fatest grilled cheese burrito. I just wanted to try the flaming hots grilled cheese burrito but they already took it off the menu. SAD!!! He ended up making it happen since they still had the flaming hots in the restaurant. 10/10 burrito btw. And like what a great man for making my craving come true.
