The night shift is lazy, best to just stay away from this Taco Bell at night, as clearly I’m not the only one with complaints for night shift. Placed a mobile order on the app for the drive thru just to have them tell me to park and come inside. WHATS THE POINT OF DRIVE THRU SELECTION IF YOU MAKE ME GO INSIDE TO PICK UP ANYWAYS. Take the option off if y’all are not going to honor it.
They ran out of lids apparently, so they handed us our nacho cheese like this. They tossed everything in the bag didn’t even try. I paid extra for two extra cheeses and this is what I get. Insane. Whoever did this needs to be fired. The drinks also had no ice in them… Fries and food were cold when picked up. I want my money back I didn’t pay for this

Manager does not care. How she got hired is beyond me 7PM Friday night.
I was doordashing. My order was a high paying order. The manager had 1 girl doing 5 different things. 1 worker on her phone standing in front of the orders. The manager nor the employees acknowledged any of the doordashers there until I spoke up. Which was 10 minutes after we all were patiently waiting. The manager is either inexperienced or didn’t care. Either way. I don’t recommend ordering DD from this location. Your food will be sitting there for a while

Went there last night around 930pm. I ordered 4 crunchy tacos and Mexican pizza. Im not sure if they ran out of hard shells or just messed up, but I only had 2 hard shells the other 2 were soft. I also asked for regular, they had them all supreme.

Do not come here at night! There is a huge difference between the staff working during the day and the staff working at night. While the day shift generally gives pretty good service and makes the food pretty well, night shift couldn’t care less about their jobs. The manager is incredibly rude, and probably should be on medication for the way she flys off the handle at the drop of a hat. Night shift will give you broken taco shells, with almost no ingredients claiming they’re, “correctly proportioned” and the manager went off on me for saying these weren’t acceptable. The tacos on the sides were both ubderstuffed and the one on the right had its shell already broken into several pieces. The middle one was a bit light, but ok. I’m not paying $2.50 for empty, broken, tacos shells

I had always bought the 5.00 box but today my 15yr old and I decided to give the 7.00 box a try and since she was paying we went ahead…not did they forgot an item on our order but as I opened my burrito to put sauce it was just the tortilla and just like the picture so I was like ok lets just put my crunch taco inside… it was worst than my burrito… service was amazing but come on taco bell

Never once made it through the drive-thru in less than 20 minutes. Make sure you bring a book or phone game if you’re picking up here. If you send a DoorDash driver, leave a big tip, because this is the slowest Taco Bell in North America. I’ve never come in the morning, only after 5PM, so maybe it’s better during the day, but they either need to get more people on dinner/swing/night shift or just hire better people. Had a guy answer the drive-thru speaker, I said I was picking up a mobile order, he said “Uhhh” and 5 minutes went by before someone else answered lol.

This Taco Bell is super quick. I’ve never had any issues with the staff Period. Unfortunately, the area does sometimes have homeless people lingering, but they don’t bother anybody. I typically just get my food through the drive-through.

The girl doing the drive thru had a nasty attitude over the intercom and when you pulled around to the window. I asked for hot and mild sauce she basically poured the whole box in the bag. She pushed the drinks out almost spilling them, the only reason I came to this location is because its closer to my home but I might start going down to the next exit if the service is going to be like his.

Worst fast food location I’ve ever been at. Being a fan of Taco Bell, I was excited to see this location open up. I order here an average of maybe 3-5 times a month. Ever since they opened up, they’ve screwed up my order at least 3-4 times. Some times the screw-up isn’t such a big deal and I just eat whatever I got. They once gave me the wrong order but it wasn’t disgusting so I still ate it and moved on.
Today, however, they screwed it up 100%. It wasn’t even slightly close to what I asked for, AND it was disgusting — so I couldn’t even just bite my tongue and eat it when I got back home. I had to return it and get my right order, and the lady at the window — even though I was not rude to her in any way, shape, or form and she was the one who somehow screwed up my order, she was very rude to me. I put in a mobile order as I usually do, and told them my name at the speakers. When I got to the second window, the lady at the window was getting ready to hand me a drink which I never ordered. She was asking if I got so and so order, and I said no, I had the mobile order with the spicy potato tacos. She asked if it was for Tina, I said yes. She’s like, “OK, hold on…” and stepped away. So I held on…
Then she came back and gave me a bag of food. Thinking no way in hell she screwed it up now because she JUST asked for my info and confirmed it back, I drove home.
When I got home, I realized the tacos were really cold and hard tacos (mine were soft), I was really irritated, but didn’t want to waste time and gas driving back. So I continued to take it out. Then I realized the actual contents of the taco weren’t only what I didn’t ask for, but were everything I HATE. So I couldn’t even do what I normally do and just proceed with eating whatever. So I got pissed off. I decided it was worth driving back to at the very least get my correct order.
When I got to the window, I told them I don’t know why they can’t get orders right and told them the situations. I didn’t say anything else and I did not disrespect anyone in any way further. They told me to drive to the window. The lady there (who was not capable of finding, lifting up, and handing over to me the correct order the first time around, handed me my correct order. I gave her the other one to please trash because I am moving and am not able to trash it at my place. She asked me to trash it at the trash can further up, saying “it’s right there baby” (I’m 26 about to get married) in a rude tone…I looked back at her trying to figure out why she can’t just take it, and before I could even respond or proceed to trash it, she snatched the bag very disrespectfully out of my hand and shut the windows, giving me a nasty look as she was closing the window.
Finally, when I get home… pictured is how my new taco looked like. I guess they put the fillings in first then throw the taco in there as a side. Disgusting location. Thank God I never have to go there again.
