I recently moved to Franklin and started coming to Big Bad Breakfast for brunch. Every item I’ve ordered has been great, came out quick, etc. What stands out far above that is the service I’ve received. Nate and Bre are always so friendly, make sure I have fresh coffee, the extras I need, etc. Sometimes they keep me topped off on multiple drinks at the same time. I’ll have to post a picture, ha! I’d like to take a minute and comment on something not related to the food. I eat at Big Bad Breakfast quite a bit. That’s given me a chance to see a lot of interactions, etc. Nate and Bre, every single time, go far above and beyond to accommodate those customers who may be advanced in age or need a little extra assistance. For these reasons I give Nate and Bre my personal hats off, and BBB a strong Five Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my motivation to get me out of the house on this snowy day! The service and food were superb! Juanes was the one that took care of us! He did amazing! They were short staffed a bit with weather. He was quick to communicate that. He served us with such ease and kindness! You can tell he loves what he does! Everyone that works here does great! The kitchen staff too! My husband and I got all this and split it. We had a mini buffet going on! You won’t be disappointed!

I really enjoyed the biscuit crumble. First time I’ve had tomato gravy. It kind of reminded me of a pizza roll sauce. Delicious combo with the biscuit, eggs, and grits. Also the cinnamon roll was unlike any I’ve ever had. It had a biscuit-like texture and the icing was not too sweet. Perfectly soft center. The wait for the food was long but the flavors made up for it. Portions were perfect to fill up without having leftovers.

What a WONDERFUL restaurant experience!! Niesha was the most kind and personable waitress I’ve had in a very long time! She made a really enthusiastic suggestion for Vietnamese coffee and let me tell ya… She was right on point!! The service was AMAZING and my sister and I will DEFINITELY be back!! The food?? My goodness. One of the best eggs Benedict’s of my life!!

Fun little breakfast spot! Took awhile to get our food but then we realized there was a whole other side to the restaurant. Originally we thought it was a little cafe. The food was so good and our server was awesome! Highly recommend the skillets!

This place caught me off guard. I woke up a little late as I slept in looking for a breakfast spot. I searched Google Maps and this came up. Looked at the menu and decided to take a chance. The food was AMAZING!. I’ve had spicy bacon for the first time and I don’t want to eat bacon any other way ever again. The french toast was amazing and the orange juice was actually freshly squeezed.
The service was friendly and extremely pleasant. Can’t say enough nice things about that staff. I’m only in town for another day, but had I known about this place before today, I may have been here for breakfast more than once.

My family is new to the area and we been looking for great breakfast joints near home. We believe that we found one in this place. My wife and I stopped by here one morning after dropping my daughter off at the school bus. We sat outside and we both ordered different skillets. Both skillets were very very good. The service was also terrific. Our servers were both friendly and attentive. We really appreciated that. We look forward to coming back with the rest of our family for some more great breakfast.

Bre my server was Awesome! The Creole Omelet with the house hot saus e and tomato gravy with a side of their house bacon marinated in Tabasco sauce concentrate (no vinegar) was Amazing. I am 60 yrs old and my friends and family consider me to be a pretty good home chef and i dont give compliments out easily and i def dont post them online…unless they are deserved. This meal is without question the best breakfast I have ever had. Bre made it even better. So much so I purchased The Big Bad Breakfast by the founder John Currence and had Bre sign and date it.

LARD HAVE MERCY. I loved this place! It is so clean and the menu is crazy extensive. It was difficult to choose what to order because everything looked good. My husband and I sat at the large bar area for brunch on Labor Day. The bartenders were super friendly. (We didn’t have any cocktails but they had plenty to choose from.) I had the huevos ranchero on grits. So good! More grits than tortillas but I didn’t mind. Not too spicy. My husband had the ham and cheese omelette. It was ginormous! We also had a single pancake that was delicious. Coffee is excellent too. We had a cold brew to go. This is the best breakfast we’ve had in Franklin. Next time we may sit on the outside patio. Plenty of free parking. They have a loyalty program too, which is great because it’s definitely a place you’ll want to visit again.

Excellent breakfast. Got the Chicken and Waffle. Did not disappoint. Belgium waffle was made perfectly. Nice crunch and batter is more authentic. Little more airy not as dense compared to regular batter. Chicken was really yummy. Paired well with the waffle. This is a go to place for a great breakfast.
