Best customer experience ever received at a Taco Bell.
First – after ordering thru kiosk, they proactively offered the cups to fill up before order was ready. Usually have to get someone’s attention and ask. Good job!
Second, they brought the food out to us. Usually it’s someone yelling your name and you having to pick up. Or they just place on counter and. Today anything.
Today was a noticeable, and very positive exception.
Opportunity for improvement. A whole section of restaurant is closed down, chairs upside down on table. Not an inviting look.
I hate the kiosks, bring back cashiers

The drink machine is down only have tea available but my food was OLD hard chicken if people are paying over $3 for a taco at least make sure they can bite the taco! The only reason I can’t go back is because I’m at work what a waste!!

While I understand the staff is doing their best, the management has to know how understaffed and terrible this branch is. To wait 45 minutes trapped in a drive thru unable to get out is unacceptable. The line was moving when I joined the drive thru and suddenly basically halted as cars were behind me. When I finally got to the window my order wasn’t even in the system and they thought I had a party pack that costed over $40. I hate a bad review, but this is a warning not to join the drive thru if you even remotely don’t want to waste an hour of your life.

1st time visit. Needwd a quick lunch and since i love Taco bell i had to stop in as it was close to my hotel. I had the pleasure of vwing helped my Marlie who was patient and made sure my order to good to go. It was clean and the staff was very professional and polite. If in the area i will definitely visit again.

This Taco Bell branch is honestly the worst I’ve been to. I had to sit in the drive-through for over 45 minutes just to get a simple order, and the whole experience was incredibly frustrating. The line barely moved, the service felt disorganized, and by the time I finally got my food, I was completely over it.
The slow service and lack of urgency really make this location stand out—in a bad way. I’ve had better experiences at every other Taco Bell nearby. I won’t be coming back to this one anytime soon.

The sanitary conditions at this location are subpar. I typically had no issues at this location until today. I ordered a crunchwrap supreme and when I got home, I inspected it as I always do. Once I pulled back part of the tortilla, I saw a long black piece of hair imbedded in it! Absolutely disgusting! Management needs to do better. I will not be spending my money here again.

I ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets with fries and I was shocked and disgusted when I opened the box. The nuggets were cold, hard and dark burnt color. They were bland and looked like that had sat under the heat lamp all week and over cooked. I can’t believe someone had no decency to send my order like and it was 11:30 am and less than a mile from my job. So it appears they threw some old nuggets in a bag and gave to the door dash delivery guy. Sloppy and disrespectful!

I am new to this place. Ambience is not that great. I looked for menu card or board. I could see nothing. I asked the counter person what kind of buritos they have and gow much. He replied so many ,and went back into food preparation area without helping me. After 10 minutes he returned to attend another customer.Then I ordered chicken chalupas for take out. He brought them in a trey for dine in. I told him they are for take out. He put them in paper bag and said have a good day.That is my strange experience.
