I visited this restaurant for years and always got good food and service. Then I went several years not going there. I wanted to try their chicken nuggets that everyone was raving about. THEY WERE HORRIBLE? Obviously sitting for who knows how long under a heat lamp and they were just completely dried out, almost to the point of being rock hard? Seriously, you’re going to serve people something that you yourself wouldn’t eat? Honestly I was shocked they even served that to me? They were so old and dried out, that the chicken meat inside was a yellowish color, meaning old food! That was $8 just thrown away? I’ll never order them again.

DT order, 4 simple menu items.
I patiently in line longer than usual but I’m parient. Took 10 to 15 mins or more to get my order and it was 5 items.
The rub is, Taco Bells highef price, quality and portion is worse now than ever.

What I got was a 12″ X 12″ flour tortilla with dolip of bean substance splashed into one corner and a few schreads of cheese. I think it was cheese. I coupd not est it and dare not feed it toy dog. He deserves better and so do your customers.

Worst experience. I came here around 230 after a long day at work with my co worker to get some food. Usually Taco Bell is always open during late hours. I ordered food and got charged for an additional 2 items I did not order. I asked for a refund for the items the employee Perla or something along the lines don’t remember her name right refused to give me a refund. I asked her why not she said because you ordered and it is not our fault so no refund. Employees make mistakes too so why in the hell is it ok for her to refuse to give me back my money the food was untouched. I asked for the manager and she said I am the manager but proceeded to get on her headset to talk with some guy who was in the kitchen about the refund. It was so late at night I didn’t even realize she charged me almost 60$ like be for real. It’s clear that the order was incorrect. She needs more training in her hospitality service and the manager in charge who refused to come out and handle the issue is a coward for having her employee deal with his responsibility.

i don’t usually leave reviews, but this taco bell experience was genuinely awful. we had to confirm our takeout order four different times, and the employee at the drive-thru sounded completely out of it … honestly like he was high. despite repeating ourselves over and over, he still managed to miss four out of our five items. the one item he got right was fries
we ended up having to park, go inside, and re-place the order, only for them to still get it wrong. if anyone in your group has food allergies or sensitivities, i’d seriously avoid this location. the lack of attention and basic competence is concerning. definitely not returning.

So i go through the drive thru on an e bike thag set off the sensors all the time. I sit there for like 2 mins then i decide to roll up to the window. As i do i see the lady who supposed to be workin the window wlak in from outside. And starts to take the order of the car that had just pulled up as she does im sittin at the imdow waitin to order. She finally see or acknowledges me. And says yes and I’m like ive been waiting to order. She says she didnt hear the things day i was there. I was like um no ive set all the sensors off for these and my bikes not light. And she just looks at me and im like so can i order amd she just points to her headset arrogantly sayin i didnt hear the thing. Im like nah i dont buy that i saw you walk in from outside not evenin in the dman building. So im forced to ask arr you trllin me i can’t order and have to come inside or go back through cause you weren’t at your post and not even in the damn building. She says pretty much. I asled to speak witht he manager amd she says she was…uhhh if you manager at 1030 at night ona Friday does her job like that…she needs to be fired. She goin to hurt ya business amd seeking how i didnt see no one inside costumer ornin drive through it seems she not doin this olace no favors. Now i gots to go elsewhere cause of a lack or business skills ethics and sense. If they aren’t portraying of these characteristics at all tbey really shouldn’t be a manager.

We had a great experience, but we went inside and ate. Employees were nice and food was good and hot. This location is probably the cleanest Taco Bell in America. We’ve been to many different locations in different cities and states. Super clean place. Haven’t tried the drive thru or to go ordering from here. The location closest to where we live is not clean at all, so we drive a bit and eat at this one.

I usually come to this Taco Bell almost every day and order a side of chicken for my 3-year-old. Every single time, I’ve received it in the black round container with a lid, and the price and order title have always been the same.
But today (around 11:30 AM), while I was ordering at the drive-thru, everything started out normal. The order showed up the same as usual with the same title and price. Then suddenly, in the middle of my order, the employee walked away for about two minutes, came back, and told me to pull up to the kiosk. That’s when the issue started.
They gave me the chicken in a tiny sauce cup (about 1/3 the size of the usual container) and insisted “this is how it comes.” That is simply not true — I’ve ordered it daily for months. When I questioned it, they refused to fix it.
I decided not to place the order at all and left. It’s very frustrating that I have to ruin my day over a $2 item that should be consistent. All the staff were speaking Spanish, the employee told the manager about my concern, but the manager (a short Spanish man) completely ignored me and just said, “No, this is what it is,” without any care for customer service.
This kind of rude, dismissive behavior from both the staff and the manager is unacceptable. Loyal customers should not be treated this way. I expect better consistency and professionalism from Taco Bell.

I haven’t been back here for over a year because of the bad service and food. I thought that I would give this location another try and was really impressed with the overall experience plus the guy at the window and the manager were both really nice and professional. I ordered the Cantina chicken bowl and Cantina Chicken CrispyTaco. They were both really good and I would recommend them. They were out of the Avocado Verde Salsa at this location. But overall pleased with the new team.

I had a disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. I found a hair in my food, which was unacceptable. Additionally, the dining room wasn’t very clean, and the workers were super loud, making the atmosphere unpleasant. Overall, it was not a good visit.

I fully support Completely automated taco bells after this. They refused to take my order while laughing and chatting, saying to use the kiosk. They didnt let me know my food was ready, sat on the counter for several minutes. Robots would do much better. EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this location, will be contacting management. When asked to speak to someone, was ignored for 2 minutes, the shift manager refused to give me her name first name or even initials. Short Hispanic woman.
