We were road tripping through the state and stopped here for food, fuel, and a rest stop. Ordered take out of a Rodeo Double Burger, large fries, and a chicken sandwich through the self-order kiosk, total was about $16.
I haven’t eaten fast food from BK for several months and the size of a “large” fries was underwhelming. I doubt 1 potato was used to make that fries order. The burger and chicken sandwich were also on the smaller side – it made me think I had ordered a Jr vs regular size. Despite the size, the food was made well even if it was not the amount I was used to.
The ladies’ restroom was OK (stocked) but was not as clean as it could be. My husband said the men’s restroom was definitely in need of a good cleaning – he’ll be posting his own review later on. Overall, OK experience since service was fast, friendly, food was good, and the place had what we needed. I’d greatly recommend more frequent cleaning of the restrooms to increase the rating of the Atmosphere from higher than 3.

We waited 10 minutes for them to just take our order when there was no one else in line. Then we were asked to pull up even though at the time there was no one behind us. The whopper was okay per my son that loves Burger King. I didnt eat mine, the meat didnt look done. We won’t be back.

Literally just left this location and I’m in disbelief. Gave the blonde hair lady with locs in the drive thru window a $20.70 when my meal was $8.67. She gave me 3cents and proceeded to give me my food. I stated she did not give me change. She looked at me as if I was crazy. She then took 5 mins to give me the change back. She was in the drawer counting for 5 mins and STILL gave me back incorrect change ($11.03) I stated she owed me a dollar. At first she was adamant she gave me the correct change. I told her she was incorrect and that she owed me another dollar. She finally gave me the dollar. That was honestly, insane!

Its Burger King so lets not not shoot for the STARS we know better than that but the food is usually only decent during morning to early evening FIRST shift when the older crew is working. The second shift its more of a DICE ROLL as usual. Why is there ALWAYS AN ANGRY LADY AT EVERY BURGER KING Between Georgia and South Carolina anyway?!?! Lol ijs just be nice to the ANGRY LADY and PAY HER A COMPLIMENT LIKE I DO. I ALMOST GOT A SMILE LAST TIME I JUST KNOW IT. $24 was the total just to get home and the fries were missing. The girl on the speaker was rude and I wasn’t even acknowledged at the window. You could hear the loud ignorant conversation through the window. I rather suck up not getting what I paid for than to even go back and let them know. No wonder there are never any cars in the drive thru.

I work near this location and order door dash from here at least once a week. I love their onion rings but to get a dipping sauce from this location is impossible. Every time no dipping sauce. This might not seem like a big deal but thats the reason I like the onion rings so much. I have thrown out 4 large onion rings including the ones I just got. DO BETTER! Ya’ll don’t give an option for extra so at least give what little bit comes with the meal

I have spent thousands on diesel fuel here and some with buying food. I have been parking here for 10+ years and to find out an employee called a tow company stating that I blocked their drive thru is insane. I suggest truck drivers park elsewhere and eat elsewhere but you will not be treated well here by disgruntled employees

I ordered online via their app to pick up at the drive-thru. I sat there for 7 minutes behind 3 other cars. The 1st car at the order screen waiting for someone to take their order. Tired of waiting, I went inside to find 3 other people waiting for their orders ,already placed and paid for. No one waiting inside to place an order. And I was able to see there were no other cars in the drive-thru other than the 3 still out there waiting. Though once I received my order, the food was hot, made correctly and delicious . Poor service, great food. And they were NOT short-handed.

This is the slackest BK in my area. I ordered a triple whopper with cheese and no pickles. I got no cheese and pickles. The guy at the window was so high, he was wearing sunglasses, it was after 6pm. When he saw me checking my order, he gave me napkins, smiling the entire time. That’s when I knew that I had been screwed over. With small fries, it was $10 and change. I gave him cash. Didn’t want to be scammed. Pulled away and checked my order, it was wrong. Only the patties and fries were right.
They either need to hire competent people or close it.
