Vegetarians Beware: Check Your Order Before Leaving
We specifically ordered a veggie Mexican pizza, and they gave us one with meat instead. This isn’t a small mistake, some people order veggie for dietary or personal reasons.
The location also always seems short-staffed, which may explain the constant errors, but that doesn’t make it okay. Orders are frequently rushed and inaccurate.
Beware and always check your food before leaving, especially if you have dietary restrictions.

This place is the worst run Taco Bell I have ever seen. I order ahead to try and make getting your food faster and it still takes 20-30 minutes everytime and its often missing items. Avoid this location. I will occasionally drive 15 minutes to the next one because its faster than waiting for this one.

What a place…don’t be looking for “fast” when you order. They always have you park in the lot to show their “fast” times but then take 10-15 minutes to actually get your order walked to the car. Also…dont actually be hungry. Probably the best store to get fast food if your on a diet due to the empty burritos. Photo attached of the middle of the burrito that is 90%tortilla. As we were sitting in the parking lot we saw 3 employees scrubbing the sidewalk…actually 1 scrubbing 2 watching. This was at 615…prime dinner time. By the time we got our food they had 4+ vehicles parked waiting on their food excluding us…but man…those window times are probably best in the nation!

If I could give zero stars I would. All I ordered was a number seven, which is a chicken quesadilla with a soft beef taco and a diet Dr Pepper. The diet Dr Pepper is clearly out because when they handed it to me, I could almost see through it, but he shut the window so fast so I couldn’t say anything. Then I get home and I have two cheese quesadillas, no chicken, the tortillas are not cut at all and my beef soft taco is a chicken Chalupa.

Two out of three Taco Supreme shells were broken. Tacos tasted good. The dining room needed attention. It was an ok visit to Taco Bell.

I’m a vegetarian and I often have to make modifications, which the staff here can’t seem to handle. It seems like nobody reads tickets here. I cannot order delivery because they will mess it up, last time I ordered delivery, I ordered 5 items and they messed up almost everything, adding meat to 4 of the 5 things I ordered meaning I couldn’t have dinner. Taco Bell customer service also will not respond or give me a refund. On my last visit in store, once again, basically every item had a mistake including wrong and missing ingredients and I was missing two items completely. I’m not sure who runs this location but you need to do better. This is bad even for taco bell.

Service is terrible . This is the second time they have been ridiculous. (I became ridiculous with them)
Idk what has changed with the last two times we been gong to this Taco Bell for a year. They continue to over charge or not fully listen to the order causing it to be over charge I try to explain to them my usual order doesn’t ever cost this much.
Last time I had a verbal altercation with one of the staff which was fine since I may have been too forward in the way I spoke. Today when I pulled up I asked why it was $26 when last time I got the same thing it was $18 . When I asked why it was$ 26 instead of just answering the questions that their jobs require they chose to talk shit about me in the back. “ you remember her from last time” etc. so I absolutely spoke up .

So very unprofessional. I don’t work there I’m not obligated to be professional. Most ppl aren’t confrontational and wouldn’t have said anything back I am not one of those ppl.
I went online to order the order i wanted and it only came out to $20 .

This location has a very young staff, mainly highschoolers. Very rowdy and sometimes foul mouth (it was actually a hot mic at the drive-thru menu complaining about the customers). Getting my order correct is 50/50.

Service was poor. Stood at the counter for 3 to five minutes before someone even recognized we were here. All of the tables were not cleaned, the floor was worse and they were out of half of the drinks and all of the napkins. I asked for cleaner to clean our table and the kid in the back handed me a few napkins and told me they didn’t have any cleaner. Zero manager was there or if he/she was they need to find a new job.

Orders consistently incorrect.
Kitchen staff cannot be trusted. You can hear the management yelling at kitchen staff to hurry by the time you get the food it looks gross and it’s incorrect.
