Went through the drive through ordered refried beans on my way back to Arkansas from visiting my mother. They didnt give me anything to eat them with. Didn’t notice it til miles down the road. With nothing around. Had to wait til I got home to warm them up and eat them.

This is the second time I have gotten a quesadilla and it was not cut! This time it was burnt and dried out! Do better Idabel Taco Bell!! It’s bad enough we have to be charged an arm and a leg to eat out every once in a while.

Man I hate that I even have to give a one star to this place. Y’all don’t want to ask for a refund for food THEY messed up on because you will end up having the cops called on you and be banned from coming onto the property . I ordered a crunchwrap supreme and it looked like it had been sitting there for hours with barely anything in it. Told them I wanted a refund. He called his manager and wanted to take our name, number and credit card number.. said they would call tomorrow to issue refund. Ummm that’s not how it works. Told him I wanted a receipt that said refund was being issued, he refused saying I needed to leave my info… Needless to say they called the cops saying we were being irate and they wanted a no trespassing put on us! Hmmm sounds a little fishy to me. This place is horrible.. shouldn’t have to give any stars for this absurd place!

I would take stars away if I could. So tonight may 18th we went to this location. We all got our food and my wife’s crunch wrap was hard as hell cold and didn’t even have meat on it.. she took it back up there and showed them and they offered to make her a new one, she said no thank you just refund us for this item.. well the guy says he is the manager but he’s still in training so he has to call his GM to find out what to do.. this man comes out with a piece of paper and said my GM said write your name number and credit card number down and she will do your refund tomorrow and she will call you afterwards First off sir, it dont work like that. If you are issuing a refund back to a card, You issue it and print out a receipt that said blah blah amount was issued a refund to card number ending in blah blah blah. And then say it can take 3 to 5 days to go back on your card.. but no he said that we have to write our name and number and our CC # down and his GM will take care of it tomorrow. There was no screaming no one getting load nothing like that. Then the cops show up and we were telling them what happens and even 2 of the cops agreed that you give them the receipt that it went back to our card, not us leaving our name number and CC#.. well were trespassed for this location because they new they were up to no good or something. Dont go to this location because I truly feel like they were up to no good. We never got our refund and now we can’t go back to this store and when I asked the cops, well what are we supposed to do about our money they said it was civil.. they probably do this to alot of people so they can take your money and then trespasse you so that you can’t do shit about it.. definitely something shady going on

Why are you always out of everything?? Seriously. Are you broke when it’s time to make the truck order? Can’t afford to stock up?? If so, close or sell.. let someone with the competency of running it, run it. I drove from millerton just to get Taco Bell, literally wasted my gas and my time. You keep this up, people are going to just not bother with trying to eat there at all. Tell me how I show up to order tacos from “TACO” bell and you’re out of freaking taco meat. That’s like a gas station being out of gas. You’re literally a taco place, at least be able to sell what’s in your name. Not to mention, the girl at the drive thru literally sounded proud to tell me they’re out of meat. Like, she thought it was funny and was happy it made her workload a little less. Pathetic all the way around.
