I took my family for dinner and I ordered ice cream for dessert 3 medium size cookie dough blast and one hot fudge sundae. We came home ate our food and started eating the ice cream first my 5 year old said his hot fudge sundae tasted nasty so naturally as a mom I took a bite to see what he was talking about and it was sour and curdled so I told my husband and my oldest son to try their ice cream and sure enough theirs was the same and so was mine. I have been coming here for a long time and experienced much disappointment. However, I have noticed great improvements recently. Shyann assisted me with fast service and had a great attitude. It seems to me that something has changed at this location because my food has never been tastier, my orders are always correct, and the service is phenomenal. Kudos to Shyann for for making me want to come back!

Trying to order was difficult. Catching words here and there. First order was successful while paying she was pushy while trying to make payment for that order. The second order was placed five times and every time was wrong. My daughter finally said just forget it. First order was delivered and was asked to pay for,, again. I had a sip of my big red and it was the most horrible taste ever. Still tasting it fifteen minutes later as I write this. I don’t even know how the food tastes and honestly I’m afraid to try it. And the road to get out is so broken up and not fit to drive. My dirt road is in better condition. I will be driving elsewhere for food from now on. Oh and I forgot the one time my daughter tried ordering she blamed not hearing it on a co worker.

Ordered a sausage burrito with bacon added with no tortilla. This is what they gave me. No cheese, a fried egg that was just thrown in there without attempting to even cut it like you would a burrito, and two while pieces of bacon thrown on top as an after thought. When I called and spoke to the manager about it they discarded the complaint and said that’s how they come. I stated that I got the same thing yesterday and it was like they normally serve them after the breakfast rush. I spent over $4 for a poorly thrown together build your own breakfast.

Been to many different locations in several states. This location so far has had the best product. Fast, fresh, not over/under cooked, properly portioned, and well presented.
Food servers of all ages. Most locations tend to hire high school aged (young adults). They all greet you with a smile and are pleasant.
The location is fairly newly renovated but just doesn’t quite fit the Sonic atmosphere that you would normally expect. But over all, I enjoy my visits and look forward to my next ones.

Don’t order or drink their shakes, they are not made with ice cream.b They are nothing but chemicals that try to mimic ice cream but fail. It will make you sick! 2vif us ordered shakes and we both got very sick! It poison!

I wish I could give it zero stars. I came here yesterday after basketball games. The food came out quickly, but it was cold and made us sick! I definitely will not be back to this location, or maybe any Sonic franchise if this is how they are being run!
