We placed our order cashier told us to pull around when we got to the the window he told us it was 60 some odd dollars which was bullshit.
We wanted a party pack of tacos and 3or4 chicken burritos telling us that was 60 almost 70 dollars hell no cause later I looked up the prices on yals website and before taxes we figured 30 some odd dollars so unless yals taxes are triple the amount of texas there’s no way it should’ve been 60 almost 70 dollar’s
When we question the price and double check the order the cashier was like just like were more expensive than texas
We were like no canceled our order and left

I come here often and honestly if you get a custom order, like through the app, it’s genuinely a 50/50 on if they get it right during the night. 8 times out of 10 they dont remove things that are supposed to be removed. I cant tell you how many orders have been incorrect.

Place was freezing inside. I was the only one inside at 2000 hrs. I watched as the two young men worked the taco line. It was almost enjoyable to see how little they cared for the person who was gonna eat the mystery food coming out.

Hardly any meat. Food was not hot. Every item I ate had sour cream only in one spot. Taco shells were stale. Hardly any meat. Fiddlesticks!!! And hardly any meat. Like barely any.

This location has customer service issues big time. They keep messing up orders even when it’s printed out correctly from the online order. I recommend close monitoring with the evening crew. Today I went about 7 PM after ordering online. The place was quiet, and I still waited a long time for a small 2 DD tacos & 1 burrito order. By the time I got the order the corn tortilla shells were limp, as was the lettuce. The teenie tiny bit of cheese was all melted. No apology for the wait, just here’s your order. In addition after I got home and had to stick everything in the air fryer, my “No Sour Cream” burrito was crammed with it.

This is probably the most consistently disgusting order I have ever had from a place. Our oven went out so we had to eat out last minute. We ordered three meals and I regret it completely. The Gordita crunches were old and didn’t even have the sauce on them. The 5 layer burritos were both hard and also old. The meat looked dried out and it was impossible to eat. The soft tacos my daughter got seemed to be edible. I will NOT be coming back to this Taco Bell. The cherry on top was my husband got harassed in the parking lot by a an angry man who was demanding money or food from my husband. The man came to my husband’s window and wouldn’t leave empty handed. I am praying we don’t even up sick for the what we did end up eating.

I used to love Taco Bell but the last few times I’ve gotten it, it has been nothing but disappointing. My last at least 5 drinks have been completely flat and only syrup how can I drink that.:( my tacos come wet, or messed up. Little to no meat or cheese on anything. My last few grilled cheese burritos mainly tortilla. Maybe opening to 24hrs was not a good idea

Poor service…Taco bell is trying to go just kiosk and that is wrong. I tried going to the cashier to order food and the lady said do you not know how to order on the kiosk. I said I rather order here at the cashier area. She said well everyone has to use the kiosk now….that’s okay I don’t have to go to taco bell anymore. Shame to because I loved going and I went there often.
