Not that great for adults but if you want to eat with your small kids for free then I guess it’s ideal. I only wanted soup and salad. No soup on the bar because it was scorched to the pot and they would not change it out at 5:30 pm on a Sunday. I can’t believe we even left a tip but that’s my husband, being the nice guy he is. The salad was not the best. Everything on the salad bar was not that fresh, so I only ate half my salad. Will not go back.

I observed this individual handling his phone and then pizza dough multiple times without washing his hands during my time here. The person in the picture later contacted me via Facebook and sent me an unwanted message to take his picture down.

This is directed to Hope Smith. It’s important to be careful about making assumptions from a brief moment. Many food service workers follow strict handwashing procedures, even if you don’t see every time they step away to wash. Posting photos of employees online without their consent also feels unnecessary. If there were concerns, speaking directly to management would have been more constructive. The cook staff here work hard and deserve fairness. I’ve seen the ladies up front are always on their phone and barely acknowledge when customers come in. The one with the ponytail is always on her phone but I always excuse it because I assume any establishment uses their phone from time to time. That man pictured has always came to our table to make sure everything is good and sometimes even makes small talk with the kids!! Cooks are always sweet to our family.

We ate here for dinner at around 5pm on a Wednesday. A lot of the pizza was pretty dry crispy like it had been sitting out for a while, which makes sense considering the restaurant wasn’t busy. It came out to be $26 for 2 which wasn’t horrible. The desert pizzas and salad bar were especially good and fresh. But the regular pizza was lacking. Still a fun experience and probably a good place to take kids. I’d definitely recommend going when they’re busy so the pizza is more moist and fresh.

Ok here is another 5 star review to counter balance the lady who’s family had plates stacked 4-5 pieces of pizza high. Yes we walked in behind your family and you guys were so polite to clear all the pizza because we don’t go out to eat because we also are hungry.

keep in mind you pay first. that being said you’re asked to tip on service that you haven’t recieved. I paid with a card and added 20% for the tip. Obviously you get your own food at a buffet but I also got my own drink and refills. I didnt recieve any service, which im fine with TBH but I I shouldn’t have left a tip, in my opinion.

The food quality has always been terrible at this location. Pizzas are always undercooked and taste like they have canned spaghetti sauce on them instead of pizza sauce. The location on Clinton Hwy is much better. It tastes like an entirely different restaurant. I had to get a refund for my buffet last time I came here since the food quality was so poor.

It used to be decent. The last two times I’ve come, there’s literally no pizza. I’ve been here for 20 minutes now, zero pizzas have come out. It has been 10 minutes with literally zero pizza on the bar. There are 16 people sitting in the dining room, 12 have been there longer than I have, so it’s not like it was a sudden rush. Nothing is coming out of the kitchen.
It’s beyond disappointing to go to a pizza buffet and having 0 pizza.
In the 5 minutes I’ve been writing the review, two pizzas have come out. A plain cheese and a dessert pizza. 25 minutes now. For this. I could have gone to an actual pizza place and had a custom order by now. Instead I watched that plain cheese pizza be devoured by just 4 people in less than 1 minute.
This happening once is disappointing but fine. Happening repeatedly is a pattern of poor service I won’t be back a third time. I used to come weekly for over a year.

Absolutely trash of a restaurant. I went in today with my girlfriend to get some food while we waited on plant traffic to calm down. Which was around 5PM. We came in, and had to pay first which isn’t a big deal, and they asked for a tip. I didn’t tip yet because I didn’t know how good the service was gonna be. From the start the staff was absolutely horrid and rude. Then we didn’t even get sat we picked our own place which is fine, and I preferred.
We go to the salad bar. Decent selection well the eggs were FROZEN solid. When staff was asked if they could change it they said there was no need.
We go to the pizza bar, and there wasn’t a lot of options but that’s ok. I understand it’s a slow rainy day. Well we get our pizza and find us a seat. We asked the staff if someone was going to bring us out drinks, and they informed us that we had to get them. Again that part not to big of a deal, but why would I be tipping you if you weren’t providing a waiter/waitress service.
Anyway we get our drinks, and start eating salads they were fine, but when we got to out pizza it was ICE COLD!!! After it had been under the warmer.
We hadn’t been sitting down for maybe 10 minutes. The pizza shouldn’t have been cold, but it was.
We promptly left and will never return. I’ll happily go to the pizza inn off Clinton Highway in Knoxville because they have always had amazing service no matter the time of day.
