Ordered chicken chalupa , Crunchwrap and crunchy tacos .
It barely had any ingredients inside chalupa , taco md Crunchwrap , felt like I paid $26 just for tortillas.
Also there were out nachos supreme but I did see individual sides of nachos .

I stayed mostly in the Pilot truck stop section. My driving partner actually got some food from the Taco Bell, he didn’t say anything negative. So it’s safe to say the food was good.

Highly recommend the Baja blast dream freeze, and the steak and queso crunchwrap slider box. Even though Taco Bell was busy, the staff was thorough and made all the food correctly. Even the manager was jumping in helping everybody. Thank you PJ for the great experience.

The super burrito was large, but it didn’t have any flavor. Needed more veggies to compliment the main ingredients. Didn’t have a choice on the kiosk to add onion. The burrito bowl was skimpy for the price. And who puts cabbage on a burrito bowl? If you need color in the bowl just put purple onions.

Why is it that 70% of the time I come to this location there is a CHAIR blocking the drive thru? I have children and it is just not worth the hassle of getting them out to go in to order. But I think thats the point huh?
DEAR MANAGER, IT LOOKS TRASHY TO TAKE A CHAIR OUTSIDE AND BLOCK THE DRIVE THROUGH.
They are always out of ingredients, the last visit the employee told me the manager just doesnt care.
And once I ordered a chalupa and the cashier rang it up as chicken then “added beef” when I requested beef chalupas adding more than $5 to my total.
Get it together!!
Update: they put the chair up when theyre short staffed. Turns out to be another management problem. I suppose competency is rare these days.

Very polite and friendly staff. Food was ready quick. I also witnessed them making sure orders were right in the span of time I sat in their lobby. Pleasant stop on my drive. I threw away the survey link on the receipt but realized I wanted to at least say something somewhere.
