Never Again: A Disappointing Experience at Taco Bell, Owasso, OK
I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at the Taco Bell in Owasso, Oklahoma, compels me to share the utter disappointment I encountered.
My wife visited the drive-thru and ordered a Mexican pizza, which is usually a satisfying treat. However, upon opening the box at home, we were greeted with what can only be described as a culinary disaster. The pizza looked as if it had been dropped on the floor and hastily placed back in the box without a second thought. It was a shocking display of carelessness that left us both disgusted.
Taco Bell has always been a go-to for quick bites, but this incident has made it abundantly clear that they have lost any sense of quality control or customer care. The lack of attention to detail and the standards we expect from a national chain is simply unacceptable.
As a result of this experience, I can confidently say that Taco Bell in Owasso has lost a customer for life. If attention to food presentation and quality is not a priority for them, I would urge others to think twice before dining here. Save your money and your appetite for somewhere that values its customers.

The workers rushed us so hard at the drive through and were rude. Our food was soggy, stale and barely warm. The fried chicken in the taco was 2 inches big… that’s insane, like at least put a normal size piece.

We went through the drive through. Ordered 50.00 in food. The bag came out completely torn, we asked for another bag and they sent out a paper bag that’s smaller than the torn one. When I say torn the entire side is split. Very poor service. I took photos that I can’t get to upload but this is ridiculous

First time visiting Taco Bell. It was approximately 7:40pm on a Saturday night. When I approached the door there were employees dancing with “friends” at the counter. Really, dancing like at a disco. I think I startled them because they immediately stopped and went behind the order counter and barely spoke to me. I placed my order and it was done before I got my drink. Food wasn’t that good, not good quality, and I’m talking about the Taco meat. Restaurant was clean. I won’t be going back.

They will never get your order right at this location, and if you call to speak with a manager to tell them so you can get a burrito in the future they won’t answer. I recommend driving to a different location.

I normally grab breakfast from here at least once a week and normally it’s awesome. But they put literally a table spoon of eggs and sausage on my breakfast burrito. All I could taste it tortilla. Not to mention they forgot my hash brown. I was literally the only one there at 8:30 this morning. Like how can you mess up a 2 item order when absolutely no one else there!

05/05/21 wed 11pm ordered taco party box and this is what they looked like. My grandkids were so disappointed ages 4-9, one spoon of meat, a shred of lettuce and a teaspoon of cheese. OMG for $16.00 plus tax I expected enought food to feed 4 small kids but instead I got nothing but shells. So upset it will be a long time before I go back to this store, but they did give me a lg pile of taco sauce because I said lots of sauce do to the fact if I don’t say lots I’m lucky to get 4 packs. You can do better taco bell! I was coming there at least 4 times a week! Sad and mad!

Kristina the night manager is such an amazing person, yall need to promote her!! She helped me with something that wasn’t even her fault!! She definitely cares about her customers getting the correct items and making sure they are happy! Please keep this girl around she’s very good for the company!!
