We eat here often and love the convience, from home I order online and pay for food, he gets off work, swings by picks food up on his way home. Done and done. Drive thru. Order a “pizza”, she asked “a Mexican pizza”, I say “pepperoni” and a bean burrito. They came out so salted down, they weren’t edible. I showed her how stupid her question was, she ruined my food.

The Mexican pizzas were drenched in the red sauce and had 3 jalapeno slices so it didn’t even cover each slice. The beans were coming out the sides and was just sloppy. Do they not use the original recipe anymore? Even the pizza crust was different. It’s like they use the cinnamon twists as the crust just without the cinnamon. Definitely won’t buy one of those again.

So i was so excited to finally go to taco bell but I was severely disappointed we ordered from the kiosk and only had 2 things modified or special we got our food pretty quick but my daughter’s quesadilla we asked for cheese only she doesnt eat meat at all so we took it back they remade it the lady at the counter was very nice and apologized then they forgot her slush n told us they were out of the one we ordered so she gave her a bigger size bc she forgot it and they were out of what we wanted but then we had ordered a box meal with a regular chulupa and a double chulupa the double was perfect very good but the regular chulupa the shell was so hard we couldn’t even bite it so my husband just went n bought another and asked if they’d make it fresh and one kid from the kitchen was complaining loud enough we could hear him from the back table then when they called for us to get it they said “fresh chulupa” like being rude so that shell was hard as a rock as well idk if they are overcooking them or what but they are NOT supposed to be like rocks and while we were there 2 other ppl came in and they had messed up orders as well like i said the lady at the counter was very nice and helpful but the chulupas are horrible the kitchen ppl may need more training or something I wont be going back for awhile n hopefully they get it together itd be a nice addition to Cushing if it was actually worth eating at!!!!
