On December 19, 2025, I ordered food from the Taco Bell app for delivery to my home in Claremore.
When the order arrived, the delivery bag was open and covered in grease, and the condition of the food raised serious concerns about tampering and safety. Because the food was clearly not safe to eat, I returned it to the Taco Bell location.
Once there, I was told the issue was DoorDash’s responsibility, even though the order was placed directly through the Taco Bell app. I was then informed that they were not affiliated with orders placed through their own app and could not issue a refund or remake the food.
After an extended discussion with the manager, I was only able to receive a partial refund, despite returning unsafe food. The lack of clear accountability between Taco Bell and their delivery partner made resolving a basic food safety issue far more difficult than it should have been.
Due to the condition of the food and how this situation was handled, I will no longer be ordering from Taco Bell or DoorDash in Claremore.

Ridiculous, horrible service, we understand mistakes but after paying for extra things and then telling the employees we paid for them and still not receiving it! Do not come to claremore Taco Bell 0 stars if that was possible! Heck no! Waste of money.

Been going to this Taco Bell forever never been a problem until recently they have started to go down hill tonight I placed a Mobil order at 9:30 and was there at 9:45 then didn’t receive my order till 10:30 I don’t have a problem with Taco Bell and the food is not bad but that’s unacceptable for a ORDER AHEAD and for me to wait an hour ( asap on the app said it would be ready in 5-10 minutes) that Mobil pick up time should be respected I would even be ok with it if I had gotten a notification saying that they were running behind but no instead it took me almost an hour on to of the 5-10 minutes I spent trying to wave down an employee because now with there kiosk NO ONE PAYS ANY ATTENTION TO THE COUNTER.

I’m not one to really complain. It’s was a busy evening. But I was told to not pull up to the window so they could swing a trash bag out the window to pick up trash. Then when at the window everyone seemed so unhappy. Now about the food, my Mexican pizza looked like it was just thrown into the box, on the toppings were literally on the box and not the pizza. The tortilla of my burrito was hard a rock. And my tacos were to be supreme… and definitely were not. I’ve never had a bad experience until today. Management needs to have a team meeting because this is a good way to get people to not come back. I’ll give one more chance at this location.

I didn’t order because the place looked like a dump.. and the language of the employees’ language was terrible tonight at 8:30 p.m. 2/11/2026. I’d rather my food be blessed then sworn over buy a bunch of teenagers. Somebody come teach these kids how to work like the staff at the Pryor location.

I have an allergy to beef (Alpha Gal) and I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and swapped the beef for chicken and it came with both chicken and beef. It was half beef half chicken. Overall, so disappointing. I think that is so dangerous for people who have anaphylactic reactions (me), and I took two bites before I realized. Please do better.

I took my grandchildren to the Taco Bell in Claremore, Oklahoma on Oct 11, 2025. We placed our order on the Kiosk at 7:28pm. As we waited I noticed there were 2 workstations. The one on the left was for the drive through and the one on the right was working on dine in orders. As I stood, waiting, I noticed how fast the left side was working and how the 2 boys on the right were doing nothing but “goofing off”! The left side had sent out 13 orders and the boys on the right had done 1!!! I even watched them completely burn two burritos and instead of remaking them, they wrapped them up, put them in a sack and have them to a customer. Finally at 8:03 we got our order and half of it was missing!!! There is no excuse for customer service such as this! It will be a long time, if ever that I will go back to that Taco Bell!

Claremore. Don’t know why we went back. Drive-thru leaves food out even when you pay the extra for it! Called and they said we could come back and get it….not doing that today! What happened with them using the boxes for their “box” menu items? They can’t ever get everything crammed in a sack that the “box” is supposed to have.

I ordered a strawberry lime refrescas with my classic luxe box combo and got a mini slushy instead. Girl lied to my face after I asked if this was regular size I guess I should’ve asked if it was the right drink instead?
