I have ordered the mini taco salad twice.. neither were filled the way they should have been. All the items listed or all the extra items I added were not included! Got one at Edmond OK & it was Perfect! The Duncan location needs better training!

Initially the employee were very sweet and polite, however they got my crunchwrap completely wrong. We went back and very politely asked for our correct order. We weren’t upset by any means, since this sort of thing happens. Well, the same lady at the menu was very kind at first and asked us to go to the second window. We go and she walks out with the meanest scowl and practically tosses the bag. We open the bag and the crunchwrap is utterly destroyed. The soft tortilla wasn’t closed fully, food was spilling out, the hard shell was broken into muiltiple pieces. The worst part however was that they intentionally put in the hardened grease residue that develops on grills.
I know it was intentionally because the first crunchwrap had none of it and looked fine other than the wrong ingredients.

If I could close y’all down I would! I know I sound harsh I went online and I priced everything to make sure my husband and son went with the right amount of money when I got up there they not only would not give them the bundle box but they charged them triple the price of what things should be if you cannot get adults to work for you or at least children that care you need help!

They never hear my truck when I go to order so I had to go to the window. The manager was super nice about it. My truck is to tall so the sensor doesn’t pick it up. They handled the situation very professionally.

I don’t normally do this, but i am giving the one star to the current crew there. Got a supreme burrito that’s literally 95% tortilla. They deliberately threw our chips and cheese in upside down, which takes more effort than just… sitting it in there correctly? I wish I got a picture of it. The girl at the window and speaker also had one of the rudest tones of voices I’ve heard in customer service. I won’t go back here lol

One of the better tacos bells around. Service is good and the manager is polite and professional. Food is typical Taco Bell. They use more meat than most other locations which is a plus.

We tried calling them about their raw under cooked chicken and they tried to play it off that it was fully cooked!! That’s totally delusional!!! I have a picture for proof!! Someone needs to get the health department done on them and get their restaurant IN ORDER!!! THIS IS A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION!!!! By the way it was supposed to be a beefy taco here’s the receipt

Didn’t get but 3 pieces of steak on my “double steak” grilled cheese burrito that cost $6.49. The cheese was stuck to the wrapper. They don’t give extra meat when you order it per my last review when I ordered online double meat. You would think it was coming directly from the pockets of the store workers.

Tacos were just thrown in, missing chicken burrito. I would expect this when it’s busy but not when I was the only one in line and nobody drove up behind me.
