Overpriced, cold, hard, burnt food, very unfriendly hostess, waitress disappeared.
The first face you see always sets the mood for the kind of experience you’ll have when walking into a restaurant, and that’s the hostess. The hostess walked to the desk, never once looking in our direction or saying hello. He picked up a marker, started dotting things, then said ‘two?’ still looking down. He then picked up the menus and just walked away, never saying ‘right this way,’ so we followed. As we approached the table, he threw the menus down, not setting them down. My husband and I looked at each other like ‘what the heck?’ He then just walked away, never saying ‘your server will be right with you’ or ‘enjoy your evening.’ Ontop of that, being sat right next to the restrooms when there was tons of tables available. We should’ve just left right after that happened, but unfortunately we didn’t. The waitress was friendly, but never came back to ask if we would like refills. Another cup of coffee would’ve been nice. People who had been seated after us, several minutes after us, were being served their meals – three tables, and these tables were our waitress’s tables. The food was served by other waitresses, not by her. I said to my husband, ‘Where is our waitress? I bet our food is sitting back there.’ Sure enough, it was sitting back there because our fries were cold and hard, and our hamburgers were cold and burnt. Overpriced, cold, hard, burnt food. We tried to stomach it, but couldn’t. We will never be returning.
My husband had parmesan wings and I had the buffalo chicken wrap. My chicken was chewy, so I ended up discarding half of my wrap, which was disappointing in itself because of the outrageous prices.
My husband felt that his chicken wings were chewy as well, but ate them anyway.
My food poising symptoms are mild compared to his.
This is unacceptable. This restaurant should do better. This company and location specifically are a complete waste of time and money and not worth risking your health. What a JOKE in this economy right now.
My family will never support a Buffalo Wild Wings in the future, and will be encouraging our friends and family to steer clear of this location as well for their health.
Food posing. From wings. You’re literally Buffalo Wild WINGS. How embarrassing for you, and how unfortunate for your customers that have to endure FOOD POSINGING. Disgusting.
We placed our order at 1:33 PM (receipt shows 1:35 PM) and were given a pickup time of 1:50 PM. We arrived right at 1:50 PM and the food wasn’t ready. We sat and waited. The waiter mentioned they were “just waiting on the chicken sandwich.” During the next 30 minutes, four other groups came in after us, and when the food finally came out, the waiter brought out food for all five groups at the same time.
Our order wasn’t actually ready until 2:18 PM. We got home at 2:23 PM and everything was cold—not warm, not room temperature, but cold. On top of that, the food is not cheap. For example, the fried pickles are $9.50, and the ticket for them was printed at 1:42 PM—so they sat for quite a while. We literally counted nine pickles.
We used to really enjoy this place (at least a year ago), but after two back-to-back bad experiences a month apart, we’re done. And it’s not like we ordered anything complicated: fried pickles, fries, a chicken sandwich, chicken wrap, and loaded tots—$50+ total.
There were plenty of staff visible and chatting, so I’m unsure why the delays and poor quality happened.
Is this the normal experience now? Because it definitely didn’t used to be.
