I ordered one cheese quesadilla in the drive thru. I got a couple miles away before I opened it and it was not melted- the cheese fell out- and it was cold. End of the world? No. But for almost $7, you guys have got to do better.

The lady who took my order was very sweet nothing wrong with her, but I specified no tomatoes on the new bean dip that they just came out with and they put tomatoes and forgot my chips. Everything else was fine but I’m allergic to tomatoes and it’s really upsetting because I don’t wanna go back nothing on the lady who took my order but then cooks don’t know what to do and they always mess up the order like what do you mean you forgot my chips. Forgot over half our food. Only two free tacos for it. Never going back. I didnt get a Luxe box, cinnamon twists, and the sauce. Fast food needs to start drug testing. Its definitely needed in this generation.

I walked in and was speaking to an employee when the manager talked over her and took over to the say the same thing.
When I received my food, the guacamole was disgusting (picture included.) I then asked for a replacement of the guacamole, and the manager came up and again interrupted that conversation as well and took over. There was absolutely no reason this was needed, and she behaved in an extreme and over-bearing manner that was disrespectful to the other employees. The new serving of guacamole was also disgusting. (The second picture is of the replacement.)

Horrible people working the mighty shift. I’ve worked food service for 15+ years. They intentionally put handfuls of onion on burritos that didn’t call for it after being asked to not use onions on the order. Blatant disregard for food allergies and customer safety. Had employees actively smoking weed out front while waiting for food to be cooked. Was laughed at for existing in my car. Just a horrible experience with horrible people. Manager should be fired along with entire night crew.

Do not go to this location at night. I was the only customer in the drive thru lane and still got the wrong food, didn’t realize until I got home. This is a regular problem, go literally anywhere else and you’ll have a better time

they smashed the hell out of my tacos, they gave me like 4 chips in my chip bag, and there was lettuce bits in the nacho cheese. hopefully their dayshift is better than their nightshift. that was abysmal.

Every. Single. Time. I’ve gone to this Taco bell between 9 and 11pm my order has been wrong. Items always missing and wrong. Whoever works this shift needs to be replaced. And every time I’ve gone back to correct it I stood at the counter being ignored for a long period of time.

Late night shift isn’t the best. Ordered pizza meal, quesadilla meal, extra quesadilla and two chip and cheese nachos. They somehow forgot to put tomatoes on anything, only put 1 cheese cup which had little cheese and old clumps, and barely put any meat or beans on the pizza. Somehow they forgot one nacho, got cold fries that i didn’t order, and they forgot to cut anything. Plus I had to pull around and wait 10 minutes for them to run the food out while listening to some team member bumping annoying music and smoking weed in the front. SMH. Poor poor atmosphere and product quality. I simply will never go to that location again so late. $32 wasted because of the poor work quality of the team. Only bright spot was the manager man was professional and courteous.

I had ordered a chalupa and told the lady that took my order a regular chalupa not a supreme. I go back to correct the order at the window and ask them for a regular one of the workers tells me there is no chalupa supreme. I requested for them to make me a chalupa without the sour cream and tomatoes and worker said no. I really found this an inconvenience, as the lady that took my order should have let me know a chalupa comes as a chalupa and there are no supreme options on it. I am very disappointed in my visit at this location.
