The food wasn’t bad and the pancakes were quite good. However, the atmosphere and service were awful. There was a lot of loud clatter with dishes and loud voices. Our server was evidently having a disagreement with another employee. It was clear by the loud voices, body language, and heavy sighs.
The service was also very slow. Our coffee when it arrived was spilled all over the sides and no additional napkins were provided. It is sad to see such a decline at Denny’s.

On January 17th, me and a friend came all the way to this location to dine in and enjoy food after work around 4am. We were told that we could only do to go orders. Today, January 24th, we had to drive to the County Line location because we know they take dine in orders, too. I need the Pearl Location to do better. The card machine was down and we did not get a receipt albeit we paid cash. Make it make sense.

I have came to this location multiple times and could never dine in. On January 17 around 4am I went with a coworker and was told we couldn’t dine in. So we ordered to-go. The card machine was down and I did not receive a receipt. In order to avoid being turned down I just went to the county line location where I was able to be able to sit down and dine in. I also believe I was over charged I got a sampler, order of boneless wings, order of mozzarella sticks and a burger combo was 67 dollars.

The food rateing is not low enough for this place, its absolutely terrible, I ordered the all American, the hash browns where mostly uncooked, they where still cold on the side that didnt get cooked, I asked for shell eggs , you know real eggs that dont come from a bag or box, I didnt get that and they tasted terrible, like sulfur, the sausages where burnt on one side and the bacon was so over cooked it tasted terrible, they didnt even butter the toast. I dont know if I’ll ever come back to this one again but I hope this helps someone find a good place for breakfast, cause its not here.

Had I seen the 3 stars I definitely would not ♀️ have eaten there. Nobody greets you in. I had to go find a worker to take my order. Got my food rather quickly but I see why now lol, y’all Let’s start by asking What is that on my pancakes??? Which I immediately noticed. So I’m like ok let me see the rest of my food. My food presentation was very sloppy and undercooked. I was the ONLY CUSTOMER ordering and even if I wasn’t my food should have been cooked properly and fully. I’m very disappointed and can see why the reviews are so low. Money wasted . I’d rather not get sick on raw under cooked meat. Photos are below, y’all tell me what you think ? Am I over reacting or would you eat this? Mind you I’m not eating the top pancake nor the sausage. I did taste the bacon and it tasted like precooked lol and the eggs were ok… overall quality & quantity of the meal is a 2/5

We’ve come to this location 3 times now. The first time we came, the service was lackluster. The second time, the service was better and gave us hope that this would be our new Sunday breakfast location. This last time was terrible. I don’t recommend this location, simply because of the poor service. The food is amazing and tastes fantastic. If you can get past the poor service, the food is great.
