The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The last three times I have been, I’m missing items and then yesterday I asked for a lot of taco sauce. They gave me five packets so I asked for more, they gave me three. The bean burritos, the sour cream on it was all in one little bitty squirt at The end of the burrito, the taco supreme you couldn’t even see the sour cream on it. The manager acted like they didn’t even care that I was complaining worst ever experience. I will never go back! They need to do more employee training!

This is the worst Taco Bell. I have missing items every time I order here, and my order is always wrong. This last time I went here I ordered 2 burritos with EASY beans on both and a medium Pepsi. They didn’t give me my drink and made me go back through the drive through to order it again. When I got home I opened my food and saw beans ALL over my burritos… almost like they purposely put extra when I asked for light beans. I’m so disappointed with their service and attitudes. This location has gone down hill so bad the last couple years.

Wow! Just went through the drive thru at Taco Hell and this is what our tacos looked like on top of being soggy…My husband called them and they said their district manager came in today and made them lower their proportions and they have had complaints all day! $50 for 3 people to eat and this is what you get…absolutely ridiculous

Absolutely horrible establishment. I was meant to pick up UberEats from here. After waiting for 10 minutes, once I can get help from an employee he tells me the order is “cancelled” when I can clearly see on my end that it’s not.
When I first came in a couple of girls brought back some food that was someone else’s order, mistakenly given to her. But she already ate some of the order.
So I suspect the employee lied & claimed it was “cancelled” bc he gave it to the wrong person. Despite him wasting my time and money, I stayed kind and respectful. But when I questioned him on it being cancelled he did not apologize and acted patronizing towards me.
I encounter poorly run fast food restaurants constantly but I have never felt the need to leave a review. This taco bell was a new low. This was around 5:50-6:00pm on Saturday.

I ordered the new chicken crunchadilla, with the sour cream and sauce on the side. Not sure if I liked the sauce, I wanted to try it and maybe add it myself. Turned out I did not like it. The crunchadilla looked great, fresh, and full of ingredients. Tasted great too until I got a bite of spicy. I did receive the sauce on the side but it was also on the menu item. That ruined it for me. On the side was the request not extra on the side.

Assembly of my order was poor. The cheese on my taco was suspiciously wet—was not meat grease. Potato beef griller was skimpy to where I was basically eating a wad of tortilla/dried up potatoes and only had a small dab if sour cream at the end of it. My beefy 5layer buritto was the only thing that wasn’t terrible, probably because it is a more expensive item. Employees putting together food should make it how they’d want their food made. If you hate your job or don’t like the food industry—then leave. Don’t make paying customers deal with your emotions or negativity through what we are consuming.
The lobby also has an off-putting stench.
I left 2 stars only because Karl was a polite cashier, but I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone.

First, my delivery order through DoorDash was stolen. Doordash refunded it back to Taco Bell, then emailed me saying it would take 5–7 business days for me to see my own money. Their customer service line also closes at 6 PM, even though customers can still order food later.
So I went in person hoping for a better experience. Instead, my caramel apple empanada was missing, my large Baja Blast was given as a
regular, and when I stood at the counter, two employees avoided eye contact and hid by the drive-thru window instead of helping me.
While I was standing there, one employee even started mocking my Grinch hoodie, imitating the Grinch behind the counter. After I sat down, I overheard them yelling “Karen” like they were mocking customers. That’s not just bad service — it’s disrespectful and unprofessional behavior.
I have a disability and can’t stand for long, so being ignored and then mocked made the whole visit even more frustrating. Absolutely unacceptable experience.

Loaded Beef Nachos includes guacamole! Big enough for one person and cheaper than the Nacho Bell Grande. Do you think one sauce packet is enough!? So yeah I had to ask for more even though I ordered EXTRA! SMH

If you are dieting, this is the place to stop. This location consistently will skimp on the ingredients. We got two of the smallest burritos I’ve ever had. One of the burritos seriously was three inches long. I have no idea how they accomplished this; it’s almost comedic. The quality of the food (Taco Bell “beef” considered) was really good. The fries and potatoes were cold, but everything was really good in tiny packages. I just wish there was a little bit more to it. The pictures of the food above look nothing like what you actually get. There are two more locations just up the road. You will not get your dollar’s worth here.
