2 stars is me being nice. When I pay 9.43 for a Mexican pizza and a bean burrito then get told I can have only 2 hot sauce packets it’s more than annoying. Taco Bell quality is horrible. I regret going there. The food tastes like garbage and the service is worse. Look at the photo. Is that worth 7$?

We come here all the time bc it’s the closest taco bell to us. They’re usually fast but there’s almost always something wrong with the food. Tonight we got 2 chicken quesadillas and a party pack. The tacos were fine but the quesadillas cheese was not melted at all. It seemed like the only thing warm was the chicken and that was an awful combination of cold cheese and tortilla plus warm chicken. So gross my boyfriend didn’t want to eat his. Something needs to be done at this location judging by the other reviews too.
Edit: so sorry for the long message I’m just so upset bc I don’t play about my food, you know the thing that goes in my body to help me survive? Anyways it has happened yet again cheese wasn’t melted in our stackers and when I went back to ask if they could do anything about it I was just met with an attitude from I THINK the manager. Dude looks like a discord moderator and has the audacity to be rude to people who come to his store ALL THE TIME AND I doordash from there too. I love taco bell but this store has got to do some changes and by that I mean fire this guy bc he is almost always rude. I got back up to the window and he told me he can’t do anything and that has a timer on his oven or whatever it is and if he puts the stackers back in there it’ll just burn them. I just said I’d reheat them in the microwave and drove off bc I’m so over this store and I wasn’t trying to argue with a grown man (I’m 18). But come on dude it’s Taco Bell and you can’t melt the cheese on a quesadilla? They’ve gotten my order just fine before cheese melted and everything perfect but it’s just gone downhill. I’ve worked in food service it’s not that hard to make good food and when you mess up it’s not hard to give good customer service rather than saying you can’t do anything and meeting me with an attitude while all your coworkers are sitting there staring at you. When we got home the stackers were wrapped so awkward then my boyfriend pulled the food out and saw the wrapper on my DLT wasn’t wrapped properly and was touching the (probably really gross bc they get dropped on the floor or other stuff gets on them and they get sticky ect. Again I’ve worked in food service so I know) sauce packets. Stacker wasn’t bad reheated and that’s the only good thing I have to say. Probably won’t come back here bc they might see this and know it’s me bc I come so often and get a specific order I wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in my food or already have.

Recently visited this location on 8/9/24 for lunch. I tried locating the menu item for Chicken Chalupa on the mobile kiosk, I finally asked the front counter employee what category this menu item was listed under because I couldn’t find it on the screen. He wasn’t able to locate the Chicken Chalupa menu item either so he just had me come up to the front counter so he could take my order. He said he was not familiar with ordering on the kiosk.
I don’t like to order at the front counter because I always customize substitutions when placing my order on the kiosk.
I received my order that I placed at the front counter in a short amount of time. I noticed my “Loaded” Beef Nachos had very little beef, the refried beans were dumped together, very little cheese sauce on the nachos & the chips were stale.
I also placed a to go order for my husband & had to ask several employees where the order was because I had received notification on my phone that the order was ready. Employees had no clue where the order was even though I could see the boxed order just sitting on the counter behind the front counter. I couldn’t just go behind the counter & get the order.
Overall the food & service was lacking today. I won’t be back for a return visit as this was not the first time food, service & cleanliness was not the best at this location.

Dylan is my whole hero. He went above and beyond and made our dining experience wonderful. The “assistant store manager” who we got HORRIBLE service from on October 19th, 2025 – Dude was a jerk and doesn’t need to be in the service industry if he can’t use common sense or kindness. But Dylan is great.

Service was good even though you have to order on the computer even though we were inside the restaurant. Food was good, but we didn’t eat it inside as it was very cold in the dining area. It is always way over air conditioned. Other customers told us the same thing as they were leaving. We do like the food and it was prepared to our order. We will go back. Maybe next time we won’t have to eat in the car.

So my fiancé and I walk in. No one greets us. They all avert their eyes. I work in the service industry so I get they were busy but there were also only three cats in their drive thru and no one in the cafe. I say that sarcastically because what I saw was about 5-6 grown men working the drive thru, three of which were passing down a burrito, dressing it like it was a subway sandwich. I mean how many workers does it take to make a wrap? What frustrates me as well is that we waited for about ten minutes and not once did anyone say “we will be with you momentarily”. Absolutely trash service at a trash location because we ultimately walked out. Never will return and will be sure to post about this place in “Talk around Choctaw” on Facebook. Good day!

Used to be okay… Now it’s just all over the place. Started serving breakfast, now doesn’t (for who knows the reasons) but can’t get anything with rice in the mornings so that’s most the menu gone… Just becoming more and more not worth the hassle. Last visit just left without getting anything, pretty disappointing when you waited all morning for them to open just to hear they can’t make anything I wanted on the menu they serve. I recommend driving a little further to 23rd and Douglas as I’ve never experienced any issues there personally.
