I ordered the new chicken nuggets from Taco Bell and was absolutely disgusted. What I received was completely inedible—burnt to a crisp, blackened, rock hard, and clearly overcooked. It was shocking that this even made it out of the kitchen. I’ve had low expectations from Taco Bell before, but this crossed the line. Not only was the quality horrible, it made me feel like they just don’t care about what they’re serving customers. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning. Save your money and go somewhere that actually takes pride in their food. I tried to calling twice to let them know but the line was busy, probably from complaints.

Awful service they always get the food wrong, card readers out, electricity is it, out of tomatoes, dont put needed inclgredients on food that you ask for and make you pay full proce for their unfinished food prep.
I have never had problems this bad at Taco Bell only this location!

I tried to order food at the drive through. The menu screen stopped displaying the menu and would show a order confirmation screen. The drive through worker was irritated that I was taking “awhile to order”. I told her the menu screen wasn’t displayed to which she snapped “yes it is!!”. I repeated that it was not and then she replied oh I have confirmation screen up. She did change it back to menu for 10 seconds, everything was repeated. The staff were irritated by an order so I left. Don’t waste your time here.

Don’t go here if you want to be treated with any kind of dignity. I asked for two chicken tacos with cheese only and was told that’s not a regular menu item. I was ordering for my husband, so I wasn’t sure if it was or not but it could’ve been addressed differently. I went on to order the rest of my food and was asked if there was anything else, I said “No” and drove around. After receiving my order, I asked if there was any sauce in the bag she said, “no, you didn’t ask for sauce.” I then said, “OK, can I get some sauce?” She then turned to get sauce and was talking the whole time stating how, “I can get whatever I want, but when she asked if I wanted anything else, and I said no, that ended it!” There was no need for that, I was nothing but polite to her and was confronted with a rude and hateful attitude. Also, our tacos weren’t made correctly and she never offered sauce, just an all around horrible experience.

Went twice and both times the tacos were extremely soggy and cold on the bottom like they just took them out of a fridge or freezer and microwaved them. The soft tacos were extremely greasy and wet and ordered 2 supreme and they only put meat and lettuce in them and nothing else, not what we ordered at all. The quesadilla was very greasy. Looking at others reviews I can tell this place is awful. Not only that they always seem to mess up everyone’s order. Terrible place with terrible service. I will not be coming back. If I could give zero stars I would . Do not go here!

I placed a mobile order for the first time and it was a horrible experience. My nachos taco loco only had a little bit of meat, no veggies, or cheese. I took a picture of what I received (image included). This is literally what it looked like. Couple of meat pieces and a shell. I also, ordered 3 different types of burritos for my husband and they were cold. My husband took a bite and lost his appetite. He said the tortillas was not warmed up. They also forgot about my drinks that came with the meal. My husband had to go back and ask for cups to fill our own drinks that should of been ready to pick up with the food. I requested sauce and none was provided. The rest of the items were good which were chip, cheese dip, and cinnamon balls. Very disappointed of this location, it’s the closet one to the house but it seems I’m just going to have to try another Taco Bell location.

When you order food you expect to get what you ordered, not some random online order. Even though I’m the only vehicle in the drive through placing an order. This is the third time that this has happend at this location in the past 4 months. I would rather drive to another store on the other side of town than to this one
