They never give the cups with the order. They then always ask how many, what size. I always point to the receipt on the tray and they just look at me until I tell them. Today I ordered the new nuggets. They were so overcooked they were the color of dark red rust. They were so hard I couldn’t pierce them with my fork. I had to break them in half with my hands. They were so dry I only ate about 1/3 of them. Unfortunately i wasn’t surprised. Food is t usually closer to a 3. Today it was a solid 1.

I just had a horrible experience with a worker. It was my first time redeeming a reward in the app, and I asked how to redeem the reward. They gave me two options, but neither of the options pulled up the free rewards. I asked them if I would have to redeem the reward first, and they were incredibly rude and condescending, slowly repeating the original instructions back to me. I said forget it and left, but there was absolutely no reason to talk to me like that. Also, just found out that both of the options that they gave me for redeeming the reward were wrong!

Went to get some food before work and got a crunch wrap that was so drowned in sauce I couldn’t eat it. Went back and explained the issue and they said they would remake it but it would just be the same because there was too much stuff in it. Been here several times and never had this issue.

I was in a hotel 4 miles away and got to the window and handed them a card to pay. Come to find out my rental car and hotel deposits made transaction decline. I ask them if I could go pick up my other card from my wife and they told me I would have to reorder when I come back and just through away the food. What a waste!

This place is horrible. I was so hungry after work and just wanted a burrito for me and my husband. The burrito I ordered had rice and beans when I looked at it there was nothing inside like half a spoon full of rice and if that on beans it was all tortilla I asked the woman to please fix it as I’m showing her how it looked and she wouldn’t do it. My husband’s burrito was supposed to have fiesta chips in it and taco meat and it didn’t even have that just some rice and sauce I will not ever use this Taco Bell again. They are careless and hateful and you definitely don’t get what you paid for. And the potato boll I had was old. It was my last few dollars I’m so upset and so hungry still.

A “meal” with 3 taco supremes and a drink is $8.99. I get that prices have gone up, so I didn’t think too much about the price. Then my husband showed me there is barely any meat in the tacos at all. If he had wanted a salad, I would have ordered a salad. Pitiful!!

So…..go to drive through, ordered 2 taco party packs and THIS is what all 24 looked like. Literally a tablespoon of meat, lettuce was nonexistent…. Basically paid 50 bucjs for flavored tortilla shells. What a joke!
