This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have EVER been to. I go about once every couple months in hopes they’ve gotten better, instead I get an uncut quesadilla a mobile order that I arrived 30 mins after order and it still had not been started. On top of they they must’ve put an abundance of cheese in the bean burritos as half the cheese was not fully melted/mixed into the burrito.

Matt, Trinity, and Zendaya were awesome here. It must have been obvious that I’m not the kiosk guy. They were more than happy to OFFER to take my order and not wait for me to grumble angrily while I try to figure it out. They did not scimp on the ingredients and all the fixins were fresh out on the line. This made eating at taco bell enjoyable in stead of a last resort when traveling.
Management, recognize these guys for how they operate even on a Sunday night at 9:30. This team is awesome!

I placed the order on the app and was shocked when the app told me that I would have to wait 25 minutes for my food because there was no one in the restaurant at that time. In the meantime lots of people came in and waited right along with me. Finally, 14 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready they served me. The employees were all standing around yelling at each other. The front counter was filthy. The drink station was very dirty. And tables in the restaurant we’re also dirty. If I had known it would be this bad I would have never stopped at this place!

Taco Bell in Blytheville Arkansas needs a new night crew. They are all rude and disrespectful, when you say something about your order being wrong, they want to argue with you because there too lazy to do their job correctly. When someone pays almost 50$ for fast food they want their order correct. I shouldn’t have to argue with the person at the window about what i ordered. MT dew was completely out i tried to tell the girl working at the window and she says no that’s mt dew like Hunny last time i checked mt dew was GREEN NOT CLEAR LIKE WATER. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT JOB IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.

I got the 8.99 enchilada burrito combo …here’s a pic of the enchilada burrito ..it’s flat with hardly anything in it ,it’s not even a cylinder like a burrito should be ..it’s literally flat , with soo much extra tortilla ,that I ripped it off as you can see in the photo .smh…I took one bite ,and it was nothing in the bite so I said let me open it up ,and this is what the inside looks like ..as you can see it isn’t filled,no meat ,or anything barely..the chalupa was damn near empty as well.then when I gave the order , with something else first ,I got to the window and he didn’t put what i ordered first saying “ I thought u say I didn’t want it “,then his boss tried to have me drive all the way around saying she can’t add it on ..I said I’m not driving around because u got the order wrong .I wasn’t adding on anything ,he took it off after I ordered it .The lil burrito is exactly how it was ,I didn’t love anything .You can tell the burrito is empty .

Went through the drive through one person ahead of us waited over 15 minutes. People at the drive through were very rude. And they didn’t get the order right forgot, nacho chips and cheese.

After waiting forever in drive thru, a worker greeted me by sticking her hand out waiting for me to hand her my card and never said a word. Then she hands me my drink with soda literally dripping off the bottom and she just looks at me and hands me a napkin. She proceeds to hand me my food and closes the window, not one word she says. Once I get home and open the bag, i have zero sauce and no straw. I opened my steak grilled cheese burrito and this is what i saw… I literally paid $11 for 2 of these and this is the little bit of food that is in this shell… I have but my tongue for years with this Taco Bell and i am fed up with sour attitudes and poor quality food. I will never spend another penny at this Taco Bell. There are plenty of other businesses in town I will gladly give my money to. I would give zero stars if I could!

I ordered online to pick up. My first seven minutes at the counter, nobody even spoke to me. After another few minutes someone asked if I had ordered. They finally started working on my order I had placed and paid for 30 minutes earlier. Order was wrong when handed to me 40 minutes later. It was a wadded up ball of cheese and mush in a flour tortilla, which was supposed to be a quesadilla. Paid for sauce that I never got. They are always slow when I go, not sure why I give them another chance from time to time?
