I have visited this location before. The service was uncharacteristically less than stellar. My guest ordered a turkey burger with sweet potato fries. The order came out with regular fries, by the time the sweet potato fries actually came out, our meal was just about finished. The server on duty seemed to be handling multiple duties.

This place used to be good with strong drinks and good wings. We went on poker night and there were only 2 waitresses. It wasn’t too crowded but we waited almost an hour for drinks and over 2 for food. There was no sense or urgency for service and we could’ve walked out unnoticed. The wings were about the size of my pinky finger. Will not go back to this location again.

I’ve been to this location a few times it was good. Today I ordered a Bob Marley they forgot to add the liquor. After sipping the drink I explained there was no liquor the waitress tried to convince me that it was because the juice overpowered the liquor. Then she said she added two shots. I told her I don’t want the drink and I’m not paying for it she went and got the tall slim African American cook from the back who told me I will be paying for the drink because I sipped it or the police will be involved. I explained I have know problem paying for a drink that I ordered but this wasn’t right. He told me he watched her pour three shots, but he will give me another one. Out of all this I was trying to figure out what was the point of saying the police would get involved. Sir if someone left you in charge of their business tell them to teach you some customer service skills. After all that he offered me another shot. Then they had the nerve to add gratuity when I asked the waitress to take it off he came back. He took it off gave me the new bill and said very loudly, “Im going to cash out her bill right now.” I guess that was her way I mean his way of saying she’s not ordering anything else. Maybe the cooking manager is the New Owner of the location by the airport. I don’t know. And I’m still trying to figure out how I order buffalo/barbecue wings that have no buffalo/barbecue sauce on it. Maybe the cook should focus on cooking instead of failing at attempt to manage someone’s business. The waitress was new she actually could teach the want to be manager about customer service skills and mawas She nagement. Kay did a great job with her service though.

Good atmosphere. There was a dj there on the Saturday night that we went. The wings were good but very tiny. I remeber that years ago the JR Crickets had really small wings but was hoping they’d grown 12 plus years later..but no they haven’t. My shrimp was really good though. The guy that took care of us was very personable, nice and he did a good job. He went off of memory when taking the 3 orders at our table and he suggested some drinks to us that were good.

The wings were amazing as usual. The service was good, but I think they may have been understaffed. The cashier that took my order looked pretty exhausted but still professional. However he did forget my onion rings. I probably didn’t need them anyway.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Our server was as attentive as she could be because she was also the bartender. My problem was with the food. I don’t know ow if they having cutbacks or what! Wings were fried to a crisp and tinier than tiny. I placed a straw next to em to compare the size.
