Gonna tell my fiancé to drive around when they got my order wrong on his lunch break. He goes inside. If you get my order wrong don’t argue me down bc you feel like a tough guy, jaidyn. Maybe just be a nice person.
Gone say some “oh you don’t have your receipt, I can’t help you” with a bag full of food you rung up wrong. Then gonna wrap a 2pk in one wrapper when it’s usually wrapped individually– tries to make him feel dumb about it and says “see you don’t even know what you’re talking about” it took that back n forth for the manager to finally step in. And then the same person arguing with him gonna chime in and say “oh have a nice day! Next time be nicer.” I’m just trying to get the order right. There’s no need to be shady and take forever just to argue with him about an order YOU got wrong. The people yall hire are so rude. Now he didn’t enjoy his lunch bc a guy at Taco Bell was more worried about his ego and a timer than helping someone out.

I do enjoy the Cantina Crispy Chicken Cheese tacos here. Today took an extra long time to get served because the server accidentally dropped my order. They do come in a box when you get the meal combo so I don’t know what was dropped. The box or the taco?!?! Anyway, a good meal. Busy with lots of people eating at Taco Bell. Tea was fresh, the bathroom was clean and people are friendly. I don’t run for the border too often, but when I do this is a pretty good $8.99 combo meal. Two loaded cheesy chicken tacos and one teeny bag of chips with a teeny cup of cheese sauce. And a drink to !

Got the 10$ box. Theres barly any meat on anything I got. I didn’t get the cinnamon twist either. I would like a refund of my 10$. Also had to wait more than 10 minutes to get food. The only thing good was the always friendly lady working the drive thru. World needs more friendly people.

My husband and I ordered two of each steak and chicken soft taco supremes on JFK Sherwood. We was charged extra to swap out the ground beef for each order. When we got home we noticed it was barely a tablespoon of steak and chicken. We called the store and was told if we wanted extra we should of paid for it. We didn’t have a problem with paying for extra we didn’t want extra. They was rude and hung up on us so we called back and was hung up on again. This used to be my favorite Taco Bell but not anymore.

Can’t get any worse than this place. Every taco and burrito we ordered were not even half filled. Chili cheese burrito had more tortilla than chili cheese. This place sucks.

Went Sunday night right before 9pm. My son wanted 2 tacos. We got one regular soft and one doritos locos taco. When he opened the taco the first thing I thought was this has got to be a joke. This is the worst slopped together food I have ever encountered in my life. They should be ashamed. The fact that they looked at this and thought it was alright to throw in my bag is astonishing. I dont eat taco bell but my son loves it. Needless to say he is now on my bandwagon after attempting to swallow one bite. Never again. The taco had very little of 2 different types of cheese and no meat. Just meat juices at the bottom. Not to mention the shell was just a regular taco shell. No lettuce not anything else.

Taco Bell had a spicy potato taco that was vegan or vegetarian. We modified it and added pico, black beans and purple cabbage. My only problem was the first time they didn’t modify my food and gave me regular potato tacos. Second time they got my husband’s right but left my purple cabbage off. So twice my order was correct. They need to hire people who care about customer service. Customer Service is almost obsolete. Terrible!

Oh goodness. I haven’t eaten Taco Bell in months. So imagine my disappointment when my husband brought home cold tacos with 2 teaspoons of meet and literally a pinch of cheese on it. And there were 1 sauce packet for every 2 tacos. It’s very expensive. Too expensive not to get quality food and service. Never again.
After reading other reviews, I see that this it’s every day practice for them to provide poor service or low quality expensive food. What’s worse is it appears as if customer concerns are being ignored. I won’t return until I see better reviews.

I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve always had a negative experience with the older lady who works window in morning time. So I usually drive to McCain location. My order always feels rushed when I’m trying to make a decision and my food just seems slapped together and sloppy. I’ve only had this problem at this location. I ordered a drink that didn’t taste right, so I asked for a replacement and she expressed frustration and attitude towards my request when I acted very politely. I really hate leaving bad reviews, but I’m really tired of the location so close to my house being like this.
