I placed a mobile order and picked it up rather quickly. They had my food ready and correct it was super hot which I greatly appreciate also to the person working the drive-through window who told me my nail color was cute and also said they appreciated my patience please let them know I appreciate them. Absolutely fantastic Taco Bell experience love my Dave Ward location. I choose it over all the others every time.

I came today 30 minutes early not knowing I had pulled up before they were open. However a girl did speak to me through the drive through asking me if I would be using the mobile app for rewards and I said No and I let her know that their outside screen wasn’t on or maybe just not working. She then proceeded to stop answering and went mute. It would have been nice and appreciative if she could have just simply let me know that they weren’t open til 9 instead of letting me sit in the drive through waiting for her response about the screen for 10 minutes. Very unprofessional and rude.

Went thru drive thru tonight. Ordered a Nacho Bell Grande and Burrito Supreme. Waited at the window for 17 minutes while the cashier counted money in her drawer. A man opened the window, didn’t apologize for my wait, took my money, gave my food. Missing my burrito but had a taco in the bag. Requested it be replaced with what I ordered. No apologies offered at any point. Eventually was given my order and went home. Burrito was cold. Nachos were inedible because the chips were made using what tasted like burnt grease. Horrible experience.

Zero stars should be an option. Staff is untrained and rude. Out of multiple drinks and items. Poor attitudes, but I probably would be too if I worked at this Taco Bell. I think I’ll eat dog food before I eat here again, but it’s pretty much the same thing.

It’d give zero stars if I could, the workers here are completely rude. My mom ordered 2 waters and it took them 10 minutes to give them to her and when they brought them to her she SLAMMED the waters on the counter and griped about giving them to her. If you guys hate your job that bad then find a new one.

I have been to this taco bell 3 different times and every single time, my order is messed up. Missing food, giving me the wrong food, or simply giving out slop, it is unacceptable. Don’t even get me started on the sorry customer service. Workers easily catch attitudes when you ask too many questions or point out that they got the order wrong. It is not that hard to take and prepare an order, especially when there is only one car in line and not a soul in the lobby. DO BETTER!
