My family used to come here all the time! Many childhood memories made here. 🙂 I definitely think it’s gone downhill a bit and isn’t as good as it used to be, but it is still solid and hits the spot. We did hear someone behind the counter tell their coworker “That’s a LOT of butter” last time we ordered food here, and when we got home, our dessert pizza was terribly buttery and it was running off the top. We were a bit confused why they wouldn’t just redo it or take the butter off if there was an issue. However, outside of these odd, one-off experiences, we always really like Snappy’s. 🙂

I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, but when it arrived, it had no pepperoni. When my husband called to correct the mistake, Shannon J, the manager, immediately became argumentative, insisting she was right and we were wrong, even though he was calm and polite. I was present during the call and personally heard the exchange, as well as how the order was made.
When I spoke with her myself to clarify and address the issue also, she again argued with me and then hung up on me. When I called back to speak with someone higher, Shannon J. stated that she is the highest authority at the location, leaving us no option but to report this to corporate.
We have already reported this behavior to corporate, we will no longer be returning to this location!

I went here years ago and the customer service was phenomenal. Not sure if things have changed since then (hopefully not), but I still remember this as being one of the better customer experiences I have ever had.

JUST GET FROZEN PIZZA AT THIS POINT!! How do you suck so bad? $53.00 on 4 things. And just dont bring the pizza? You bring everything else except the pizza? And then 20 minutes before close you cant even answer the phone???? We ordered this over an hour before you closed!!! Driver just shrugged his shoulders and said he was heading home. Absolutely Horrible.

Fun & friendly staff. Delicious buffet. It is delicious pizzeria-quality food. I ate at lunch time.
The pasta & cream sauce with chopped bacon is great. (fresh chopped bell pepper was nice in it) The pizzas are very excellent. Some are thin crust, medium crust, & nice pan pizzas. There were a couple of dessert pizzas I didn’t eat today.
They’re not skimping on quality. Very fresh salad bar.
