I did a mobile order since I was driving through. I ordered a Mexican pizza and double taco. I had to pull up and wait for my order though there were no other customers. I get my order and leave. There was no fork and the pizza wasn’t even cut. I tried to call the store and no one answered.

This restaurant was too busy talking to give out food purchased. We were the only customers n line. Ordered 2 Mexican pizza combos. Both orders were filled behind us before we finally asked for a refund. The only good thing about this restaurant was the front counter young man who took our order. The guy who refeunded our money wasn’t very happy when I told him we wanted a refund because they were too busy on “their” side to make food while they were talking! He said she was new. Yet, both orders behind us went out before us! It was 2 Mexican pizza combos. His attitude should keep him on the back line. Not dealing with customers. We got a refund and went across the street to the barbecue place which was excellent by the way.

Food was fresh but stingy with the meat and lettuce. Also they were stingy with the sauces. I asked for 10 for my fairly large order and got 5.

I ordered on the app and came to this location because I have better luck with it than the Pine Street location in terms of service etc, and I was extremely disappointed this time around. They took incredibly long to get through the drive thru line, and when I pulled up to the drive thru speaker it was silent for a long while until I finally said something. No ‘please wait’ or anything, straight silence. I get being busy but ignoring people when they pull up is ridiculous. They also didn’t have my order ready in this entire time of waiting and driving up here, and I placed the order before I came up here. Fast food must not be fast anymore.

From the time I finished ordering on the kiosk till the time I got my food was probably 20 to 25 minutes. After getting my food I noticed there’s no hot sauce in the self-service area. I ordered a huge meal and I had to ask the lady thinking she would fill up the container instead she handled me three packets. The food was not good at all. There’s a total lack of even caring by the people who are managing this shift. It’s hard not to make something that you make consistently all day long the wrong way. Let alone have a clean and decent atmosphere along with everything stock like it should be. The prices you’re charging now compared to what I used to pay for the exact same thing. I used to pay less than half of what I just paid. I paid $15 for something that used to cost me five or six and at least then it was made right. This is a sad location they should really take it away from the owners because they just don’t care everyone. I will not go back to this location ever again

It wasn’t the worst food I’ve had in the last five years but it was probably in the top three. Buyer beware I am unable to recommend this location.

God forbid you come an hour and a half before closing because your order will come out wrong, or they won’t be able to make your order. Even when you can actually get what you ordered it will be the worst taco bell you’ve ever had.

This was the worst service I’ve had at any fast food place. I had a mobile order. I sat at the speaker for a long time. They weren’t busy and no one was in line so I assumed the sensor was broken so I gave up on the speaker and pulled to the window. The guy at the window was very rude and unprofessional. He was on the phone with someone on speaker and was talking about the stupid people who come straight up to his window. This experience sucked.
